Very soft
I want to buy and test the bread again. I think the texture was slightly lighter than the bread I'm used to. Not as thick as I expected. Otherwise fresh and has some taste to it.

Blue ribbon bread it's tasty soft and fluffy . It's fills my stomach for longer. Ingredients are perfectly fine. I keep it in the fridge and take it out a night before i use it but it will fresh and soft. I love it

Blue Ribbon snapped when they came up with this Classic brown bread because it is so soft and fresh. You can easily apply whatever spread without it tearing. I highly recommend the bread.
