Fresh, Perfect for Add Ons!
These hemp hearts are fresh soft and perfect to add on any food. Not just yogurt or smoothies, but even salads or dinner dishes it is such a mild flavor that does well in a variety of foods.

Good topping for yogurt
I'm not a fan of flax seeds or health supplements in general, but hemp product this is pretty good. Besides granola, this topping goes good with yogurt and pretty well with salad. The flavor isn't too strong and is a nice supplement to have. I like to add one tablespoon to enhance some of my meals and after trying other brands, this brand of hemp hearts is my preference despite the price.

Great addition to breakfast on the run!

Added Protein
Manitoba Hemp Hearts are really good. I like to add them to my plain Greek yogurt for the added protein and omegas . I was afraid it would have the strong hemp flavor but it didn't .

I Use These In Everything!
My sister is a vegan and introduced me to hemp seeds. They are amazing and I put them in everything for extra protein. These are delightful with so much crunch and great taste. I love them in salads, but my favorite way to enjoy them in in yogurt with fruit or in overnight oats. They are an absolute staple and must have in my life at all times!

A Staple in My Home
I buy these every month without fail. I use in salads, smoothies, to make hemp milk, and to make creamy dressings/cold sauces. No only are they delicious, but they really improve my health, especially my skin.

Tastes as expected
I add this to my morning breakfast to get more protein in. I would add as a topper to toast and smoothie bowls. Easy to incorporate and a good deal on the product. I would recommend this product if you want to get extra health benefits.

Super good for you!
These are awesome! I love mixing these with organic sunflower seeds, black sesame seeds and truffle salt to put on my avocado toast. They are extremely healthy for you too.

Great in smoothies or other recipes
I love adding these to smoothies or recipes to add some natural protein, and these are great in those situations. Good texture, especially when hydrated, and healthy- I feel good about this unprocessed way to add protein.

Love these!
I love keeping a bag of him hearts around to add to my baby's food, into smoothies, as oatmeal or yogurt topping, they have a light muddy flavor and are good in most things.

So Healthy
I really love these because they taste amazing and they are so good for me too. These are so versatile that I can use them to make muffins, add on top of my pureed soup for a nutty crunch or make little snack bites with them and they have lots of protein and omegas 3 &6. I just love these and I always keep them around.
