Stays put
I love lip sticks and stains. Cover girl outlast is one of my favorite go to if I am going to be out all day and don’t have time for touch ups. Yay Rise is my favorite. You don’t have to lay it on thick, one swipe on top and bottom lip works for me. Goes on like a lip gloss but dries to a matte finish. You have to wag this off before bed or it will still be there in the morning.

Lasts a long time and does not transfer.
I normally use Superstay 24hr lip color but fancied a change and chose the Covegirl Matte in a deep red/burgundy color. I like that the applicator was nicely angled to ensure a smooth application. The product was wet on first use but then dried to a really nice matt but with a slight satin finish. I wore it all evening and it did not transfer after eating and drinking. To remove you do need a good permanent lipstick remover. All in all, this is a very good product and does as it says.

Covergirl outlast matte is okay
I really love some of the other lipsticks and lip glosses from covergirl because they last all day. This one did. Or have such great pigments and it was gone within the first hour I put it on. I wore it to work for 2 weeks and even my coworkers were not impressed. I thought it would be a lip stain but it was more of a lip balm that disappears quick.

Cover Girl Matte Outlast
I have been using this for over 5 years. Goes on like a gloss but sets like a matte. I also apply a little power over top. This color will stay put on my lips until I wash my face at night.

Super Happy
I love Covergirl and their steps to be crusty free so when I received Covergirl Outlast UltiMatte One Step Liquid Lip Color I was super happy. Not only is non smudging, it last for hours without being drying

Gorgeous Finish
The matte finish and enduring quality of this lipstick truly impressed me. It persevered through eating, drinking, and an entire day of wear without cracking, peeling, or flaking. The only minor drawback I encountered was that it didn't dry as dark as its initial application.

Great color!
The matte effect of this lip color is all that you need! The color is bold and it can survive straws and food. I use oil to remove it at the end of the day because it really stays!

Excellent finish
I loved the matte finish and longevity of this lipstick. It stayed on after eating, drinking, and all day wear. It didn't crack, peel, or flake..only thing I had an issue with is it doesn't dry as dark as when you initially put it on..

Perfect
I really like this! My lips never felt dried out and this did not transfer onto my coffee cup! Another plus is it even stayed on after me eating my breakfast sandwich! All of this is something I haven’t not found in any other lips product

Love it!
Love this liquid lipstick. Liquid lipstick is always hit or miss when it comes to staying power and cracking but I had absolutely no problems with this one. I’ve been using it so often!

The perfect lip
I use this for my daughters for cheer and it doesn’t smudge or come off easy. Our entire team has switched to this brand and we love it

Love the lasting color!
Okay so the color lasts forever but is is not as bright as the tube. So you put it on and let it sit for a bit then it will fade to a more natural looking gorgeous stain that will outlast any event and will not smudge or transfer. I pt it on before work, then ate a cheeseburger on the way, drank tons of water at work and still had great color at the end of my 8 hour shift!
