Water filter
Been using this for years and love it. I live in a city where the water is not the best and noticed that I would have a lot of stomach issues and once started using this I would never have it again.

Compact
This new design is fantastic! It is more compact and has a better fitting lid with an easy slide opener, which I love btw. Water tastes amazing, so much better than the tap water.

Great product
I initially purchased the smaller one at a local store but returned it as it was heavily scratched on the sides, manufacturing defects, decided to order on Amazon but the next size up! I love the big size, glad we didn’t get any smaller! I like the design of it, Fits nicely on the counter. But also not too big that it won’t fit in the fridge if we decide to put it there. Feels sturdy and the tap doesn’t feel super cheap like some. The TDS meter works well, our water was 070 when I tested it from the tap, after filtering, it’s 000. My only complaint is the meter doesn’t fit very easy in the holder, I can’t tell if it’s clicked in properly or not, and too afraid to push it in hard incase I break the plastic off around it. Not too worried because I can test the water in a cup. The water tastes pure, I think even better than our previous purifier of another brand. Very happy with this purchase

Awesome water diapenser!
Awesome water dispenser! Does not leak or drip and keeps the water ready to use at all times! It’s compact but not too small. I wouldn’t change a thing about it.

It doesn take a bit counter top space, but it’s a great product. Filter replacement is easy to get and the price is reasonable. Better tasting water in a second!

Effective!
I’m such a big fan of things that are easy to use. I find this filtration jug very easy to use, I think that it’s relatively easy on space but if you’re super duper tight on space, you’d have to really consider it size. I think it makes my water taste yummy and I’m glad I gave it a try.

Perfect in my fridge
I wanted a larger dispenser for my fridge and this one fits perfectly. It's easy to use and I like that the tester stores right on the tank so it doesn't get lost. Because of the large volume, the tank does take a while to fill completely. Sometimes it will stop if bubbles get trapped in the filter. I solve this by pouring a glass or two of tap water in daily so it never empties fully. This also prevents me from having to move it out of the fridge to refill, which is cumbersome and usually causes spills. I don't know if this is recommended but it works well for me!

Easy Dispensing
This water filter is so much easier to use than our last ZeroWater large capacity filter. The dispensing method is much simpler for little hands to operate and that makes Mommy's life so much easier. We have had a few difficulties with getting new filters to not leak when replacing but that may be an issue with the filters themselves. The filters also seem to not be lasting as long as they used to. There is no way for us to know if that is related to our water or not.

So convenient
In my house we drink water! We love water. This made things so convenient. The filtration makes the water taste fresh and has that clean feeling to it. You won’t be disappointed in this product. It saves a tone of money from having to buy water bottles every other day!

I just received mine. Water taste absolutely delicious! Its way easier than having to wait to go to the shop to purchase water. The tap works great. It even made my kids drink water.

Made my water smell like fish
On a fresh filter this is amazing but after about 2 weeks everything smells like fish. I would change filters and the same thing always happened. Turns out if you have certain minerals in your water this can happen with this type of filtration so I guess it’s no fault of the filter but it still wasn’t great so I went back to a different brand.
