Geared towards kids??!
This packaging was cute, but the taste and texture was not going to be appealing to any kids I know. It was super runny even after mixing well. Also, the taste was awful, I’m an adult!

Works great for little ones

Kid tested
A sleepless night is only made worse when the reason is a sick kid. Once he got past how it looked, we were good. Didn't hate the taste. Said it's surprisingly okay. Helped minimize his coughing, sneezing, and raw sore throat. His head didn't hurt the next day either since he didn't cough all night and actually got rest not just sleep. Taste, texture, and results made this a slam dunk for us. The color could have been more appealing but if that's the worst, then this is a solid product

Good Concept, Effective, Strange Color
Recently, both of my children had cold symptoms (cough, stuffed & runny nose, uncomfortable throat but no fever) and I offered both of them a dose of Zarbee's Nighttime Cough Syrup. My older child, 12, thought this formula was ok and took his dose without issue. My younger child, 10, was put off by the murky, mustard yellow color and the strange flavors (which they add an extra grape flavoring to) but he reluctantly took it. They seemed to sleep well that night. I like the natural ingredients.

Pretty good cold supplements
Homeopathic only really. Not good for use when tylenol or acetaminophen are needed. Helps child sleep, but does not relieve other symptoms.

Taste great and effective
Zarabees Children Nighttime Cough Syrup is my lifesaver. My kids do not like take cough medicine because it tastes bad. However, after convincing some convincing, I was able to get them to take it and like it. It soothed their cold symptoms and allowed them to sleep at night. It was everything I was looking for in a cough syrup.

Effectively reduces cough
My daughter recently had a bad cold with a cough that worsened at night causing sleepless nights for the both of us. The Zarbee's night time cough formula effectively reduced my daughter's cough and helped her sleep better. I will say that my daughter did not like the taste.
