Wahl Basic Series clipper makes home pet grooming easy! The kit includes a multi-cut corded clipper, 4 guide combs, a comb, a blade guard, blade oil and cleaning brush, and a handled storage case. If your clipper has a power screw, it has been adjusted for peak efficiency before leaving the factory. However, if the voltage in your home is low, you may need to re-adjust it. To adjust the power screw, use the plastic brush, a screwdriver, or a thin coin to turn the power screw in a clockwise direction until the arm strikes the coil, making a noise. Then, slowly turn the power screw out (counterclockwise), just until the noise stops. This is the maximum power setting.

Good Clipper for Beginners or touch ups
Nice 10 piece kit, four comb/clip guards for length, comb, oil, brush to clean blade and case. No sissors which would have completed the kit. The kit is a good for touchups or minor trims, I would prefer a cordless trimmer since it the cord can be bothersome.

Safe and user friendly clippers
I’ve got a small 25 pound dog that grows a fairly thick coat. I used this Wahl trimmer on her and it worked very well. The clippers have many settings for you to get the right length you want. It’s easy to grip and maneuver to get all the hard places. Cleanup was simple too. As for our dog, she really seemed to enjoy it. I didn’t notice any tugging or pulling of the hair. It gave a smooth and safe shave while being gentle on the skin. The trimmer had plenty of power to cut through her coarse hair without any issues. I’d highly recommend this Wahl trimmer to pet owners.

wahl dog clippers
i have to be honest. WE have Spring Spaniels and I have groomed Spaniels for over 35 years. Unfortunately, this Wahl Clippers could not cut my dogs hair. Clippers perhaps would touch up smaller dogs or short hair dogs. But, we use a competitor's clippers that work much bett. I cannot recommend these clippers

Good clipper!
This clipper is great and has an affordable price tag along with it. I love the design of the dog on the front, it was a nice touch. The only thing that I would change is the clipper attachments. I feel as if they could be made a bit more durable. They are the usual plastic attachment but I felt they were a tad more flimsier than usual. Overall very nice clipper set and for the price you cant go wrong!

A very good trimmer!
I used this trimmer on my small dog, and was very impressed with the product! It was super easy to use, and not too loud where it scared my dog or made her upset in anyway! It trims hair very easily, and I wasn’t worried about it harming my dog as it seemed very safe! I’d recommend this trimmer to anyone with a pet that wants to trim at home rather than pay someone else to do it!

Wahl Clippers…
I have already been able to use these clippers a few times and let me tell you no matter how hard I try I can’t find one thing negative to say about these clippers. I mean I already knew that Wahl was the best brand you can get but now I know why. They are without a doubt the smoothest and cleanest cutting clippers I’ve ever used. They give such a clean and smooth cut and the clippers are just in a whole different league when it comes to cutting. I definitely recommend them over any other brands for sure.

Great product
This is the best grooming set I have ever owned. It is quiet, dependable, and versatile. I saved thousands of dollars a year on vet and Grooming services with the purchase of this product as well as a grooming table and stool I also bought. Hints: 1. There is an adjustment on the shears that I moved to a lower level to cut the hair on my Lhasa Apso, but you may need to adjust differently for your dog. 2. The length adjustment attachments snap on, but don't be shy about putting a little pressure to get them to snap into place. Use anything to pop them off (I use a screwdriver or scissors). 3. Be graciously oiling the blades. 4. My dog has a lot of hair so I usually have to clean the shears more than once during a cutting. It just takes a minute. You usually know it's time to clean when the shears don't cleanly cut through the dog hair with your motion. 5. The comb and scissors are of high quality. If you are having trouble getting the scissors to cut, you probably need to adjust

Effective but a bit loud
We have this trimmer for our 10lb dog that we groom at home. He’s a cavalier King Charles spaniel/terrier mix and his hair grows long and curly. We (and he) prefer to keep it short (esp during summer) He’s surprisingly good at sitting through most of the groom because for most of it, i think it feels good to him. But it’s quite obvious, however, that the sound startles him, especially when we first turn it on. We have another trimmer that we prefer to use because it’s much quieter and he tends to sit through that groom much longer than when we use that other one and I do believe it’s because of the sound- their hearing is just so sensitive.. but it is an effective pet trimmer. If someone is looking for a good trimmer this is a good one to buy just be aware of the noise, and when your dog starts to get a little ‘antsy’, maybe give him a break because you wouldn’t want to damage his hearing.

Summer heat
Perfect for my German Shepards hair cut in the spring time to be cool during the summer time. Works great, can have different connectors for different lengths.
