Long yet Comfortable
The U by Kotex Security Ultra Thin Pads, Overnight felt lightweight and for the most part comfortable. I would have preferred if they were not as long, but that did not take away from the amazing job it did at containing my cycle and allowing me to feel comfortable while sleeping.

great overnight pad!
I absolutely loved using these overnight pads! They have an innovative larger back which is where I tend to leak during the night! These allowed me to rest easy and not worry about leaking through to my sheets! Definitely recommend and will be using this again!

Overnights Will never be the same
The packaging was great, at first when I saw the pads I was like well this might not work for me because I do have heavy flows. But it actually worked nicely without causing any accidents for me while I sleep. I’m always scared of having an accident during my sleep especially next to my partner but this came in handy. It was thin and not bulky at all so that made it even better. The wings stuck nicely on my underwear so I felt secure. Kotex I feel never disappoints

Would Recommend
Overall the U by Kotex security ultra - thin pads overnight work pretty great. I love how they aren't big and bulky like most overnight pads. They a pretty absorbent. I have a heavier flow than most so I still needed to get up earlier to change out but it did last most of the night. Moisture wicking was also great I hate feeling wet. I would definitely recommend these pads to anyone who wants more absorbity with a thinner construction.

Best overnight pad
Hands down the best overnight pad I ever tried. Doesn't feel like you are wearing a diaper let alone a pad, thanks to the ultra-thin material. Provides great coverage with no leaks. No more rushing to the restroom in the morning to immediately change the pad since it suits a regular flow. I highly recommend this product for anyone who needs to constantly change pads throughout the night.

Good quality where women need it most
These are good pads to use for sure. They lasted long enough. They lasted better then most of the pads in which I usually use, last. No blood anywhere except on it, great! I can tell this is a quality product. Depending on the prices would be the only difference would be my biggest decision in the store while purchasing. If they are cheaper then the ones I am getting now or even the same price, then I will purchase these. Thank you.

Perfect for accidents
My monthly friend (not) came and it was a great time to try these pads. The wings size was perfect, they were long and wide in the back to prevent any accidents and I like how they don’t have any harsh chemicals. I’d like to buy these again in the future!

Perfect length and absorbs well!
As a woman who wears size 14 jeans, long overnight pads are hard to find. These are not too thick and are long enough to protect the front and back.

Great coverage for nighttime!
I received this product, complimentary, in exchange for my honest review. These Ultra Thin Pads are great for overnight during periods. They are longer in length so you don't have to worry about front and back leakage which occurs with me since I am laying down. Another plus is they are ultra thin so you don't feel like you are wearing this thick, uncomfortable diaper to bed each night. They provide great, comfortable coverage!

So in love with these overnight Kotex pads. I use pads when I’m sleeping and on my cycle to be more sure and sleep well. They lasted all night with nothing coming through. They also weren’t too big at all, perfect size for sure. They fit in both regular panties or thicker thongs.

All night protection
These extra long overnight pads were perfect for wearing under my pajama bottoms without having to worry about leaking on my clothes or bedsheets. The pads are thin so it doesn’t appear or feel as if you’re wearing a diaper with these and the adhesive kept the pad in place throughout the night.
