I don't normally use pads, but these I did like. I enjoyed how breathable the fabric was and how well the pad stayed in place.

Super thin!
The U by Kotex Security pads are super thin. It feels almost as if it isn't there. They are longer than I thought they would be but got the job done. They lasted a decent amount of time and seemed absorbed pretty well.

Great and comfortable
Although I normally buy Always pads and liners, I was happy to try the U by Kotex® Security® Ultra-Thin Pads (Heavy). I always buy pads with wings if I buy any type of menstrual pads and these did not let me down. I would be willing to buy these if I did not see my normal pads.

Not that great
I thought that I would be okay with these being thin but they were way too thin. Yes it says heavy but it didn’t so the job well enough, in my opinion.

Feels like your wearing nothing
Ultra-thin U by Kotex security pads feel like you are wearing nothing. They are very thin and long enough to feel secure. They are super soft and flex with your body. I really enjoyed using U by kotex security ultra thin pads. They really do absorb quickly and a decent amount. I would not say they are 10 hour wear. I did leak after 4 hours but keep in mind this is during my first days of my period. I believe for me they are great after my third day. I do have a moderate to heavy flow. If you are a normal flow you might not have any problem with absorbance.

Looks Nice and Pretty
I gave a 5 star rating, but selected that I probably would not buy this product again in the future simply because I don't feel I have much use for it. However, I did give some to my mom to try and she loves them! I like the look and design of the pad and the packaging also.

They are so thin, they don't provide much protection. The wings are annoying. I leaked a lot beyond the borders of the pad.

Great alternative to tampons!
These were definitely the most comfortable pads I have tried in recent years. Only thing is they don’t work well with certain undergarments. Otherwise would recommend!

One less stress and no mess
I love the protection these provide without being bulky. I hate when it feels like you are wearing a diaper but these don't feel that way at all. They provide great protection and are very obsorbant. They leave you feeling dry and keeps the skin dry.
