Medium overnight or all-day option
I keep a box of these on hand to prevent overnight issues and they have worked perfectly for years. Comfy enough to sleep in. If you have busy all day meetings, these are a good back up for heavy flow days as well.

Dry all day
I love Kotex and all their feminine products. These pads are my favorite because they keep you dry all day and the fabric does not stick to your skin. They are very thin and the wings help to keep your underwear safe and your pad in place.

Absorbs well
These pads absorb well but the only issue is that they don’t stick that well. The wings do help it stay in place though.

I swear by this pad
I swear by this pad because of the thin design and the wing shape. I have tried many other pads and some do not fit as easily on an underwear. I stock up on these for months to come when they come on sale and can rely on this pad for my heavy days!

Dependable pads
My teen daughter uses these pads. She gets heavy periods and these pads provide the best protection for her. In the past she has experienced leaks but not with this brand. Provides dependable protection against leaks without the worry.

Favorite pads
These are definitely my favorite pads to use from the ones I’ve tried in the past. They are a bit uncomfortable when you first put them on but eventually adjust to your body and are really thin.

Excellent pad, stays put overnight
This is an excellent pad. It is comfortable and stays put while you are active or overnight. I feel that is has good ventilation in the padding that keeps you feeling fresher longer while wearing this pad. It also contours to your body shape allowing a full comfortable overall coverage.

Best New pads!
I was very impressed with the improved quality and design of the U kotex. The old kotex were about the same quality as store brand. They definitely have stepped it up!

I love them and so will you
When I got the samples of kotex ultra thin pads I was very shocked how much they gave me to sample I thought I would but maybe 2 not 14 and love the difference colors for each pad I like the design on each one when the pads I love the fact that it didn't feel like I was wearing a diaper now I do wish I got it in a different size but all together I'm so pleased I would so buy them again
