Great pads!
These pads are ultra thin and comfortable. You can barely feel them there! Absorbency level is very nice too. I would recommend these to anyone looking for thin pads.

Inflexible, uncomfortable pads
I’d never thought that pads could be designed so badly but these are. The pads are quite hard and stiff and don’t provide much coverage in the back to be considered overnight. Also they are way too thin and the stiffness of the pads makes them literally stick out of my panties. These need to be redesigned all the way.

Balance Pads
I can have a heavy flow. I have been wearing pads more often because of the comfort and convenience. I love the overnight type because of how long they are. I didn't really notice a huge difference with the charcoal though.

Exactly what I want
I usually don't enjoy wings because many products with wings are not well made or comfortable to wear; however, this one was incredibly comfortable because of the way the wings are cut. It doesn't feel bulky. With other products, I'd have to cut it into the right shape, but glad I didn't have to do that with Kotex.

Works great for heavy overnight flow
Avid user of always brand or some other store brands. Tested this out after heavy postpartum bleeding for overnight and worked great! Long but not thick and uncomfortable

Awesome protection
I used these and I felt protected even on my heaviest flow day. Kotex is a brand I can fully trust. They were super absorbent and I love the charcoal strip on the inside to help trap any blood odor. They are thin and give great coverage. It feels almost like I’m not wearing anything. They were comfortable to wear at work, which is most important to me.

No overnight leaks, but it was a little itchy. I've have a bit of an issue with non organic products, but I tryed to get it a fair shot and it worked great overnight with no leaks

I tend to leak with all pads
I really like this pad but it’s not really something I can personally use on heavy days even though it says it’s for overnight. It says in place well and holds a lot just doesn’t work for me!
