App is the problem for this device.
The App for the device is my problem. First it seems the name of the App is not the same as the App that opens with the QR code. Second the device only seems to work when the App is open. That is not helpful when you need to use the device to find the phone. Otherwise it works fine when you open the App to find the item attached to the device.

Tzumi Tag It Bluetooth Tracking Device
I looked at the image of the Tzumi Tag it DIscrete Bluetooth Tracking Device and it had a picture of the device on a key ring. I couldn't put it on a key ring and instead I had to use the metal chain to connect it to the key ring. I was not as aesthetically pleasing as the one on the photo on the package of the device and instead it looked cheap. The packaging was well done though. Also, the device would connect to my phone, but it took a while to connect and the little packet with the directions seemed to be overcomplicated. Now I have no use for the device anymore because it just makes my keys seem heavier. I do like the idea, though and instead it would have been better if it was a sticker that can be stuck to the bottom of the key.

Great if your always loosing your keys!
I had no idea this existed and i truly love this device, no more being late because i can’t find my keys or asking around “have you seen my keys”. This has been a life saver and i will most likely buy at least another one for my husbands keys.

Clean look perfect keychain
This keychain is very good. I gave this to my father how often loses his key and I always had to help him look for it. I got this around his birthday so I gave it to him. He loved it.

I don't really like how sensitive the alarm is like if bluetooth gets shut off on my phone the thing starts buzzing should not do that.

Works but bluetooth sucker
I tried out the bluetooth tracking device, and it does work, but the downfall is that it keeps putting my bluetooth on my phone even after I keep shutting it off and that drains mybattery on my phone. I wouldnt mind it if I can turn it off abd onn when I wanted, but what good is that right.

Tzumi Tag It tracker works well
The Tzumi Tag It tracker works very well. The ease of use is great. I have used it on many items from my keys, my phone, my pet, and more. However, it does have one downfall. The chain that comes attached to the device is very weak. It will not stay secured. Other than that, I would highly recommend this product. After switching the chain it came with to a secure one, I have thoroughly enjoyed this product.

Bluetooth Tzumi Tracking Device
Needs to have bugs worked out before I’d consider purchasing the item. I LOVE the overall concept of the Tzumi Tag Bluetooth Tracking Device, but I found that it did not deliver in quality. The tracking was very unreliable & while I found myself REALLY wanting this item to function as described, it fell short.

Happy but little disappointed
The Tzumi Tag It is easy to use once you figure out how to connect to the device. Nowhere in the instructions does it mention that the location has to be turned on for the product to work. Once the product connects to the location and Bluetooth,Tag It works fine. Had just 12 hrs of the trial for the product. There are options to change the ring music ,tested but did not work. Overall the product works fine to find the missing device that you have Tag It attached.

Acceptable
Overall it's okay-ish. The size/weight is about right. The tracking distance is also good (it depends on the obstacles but it easily does 15 ft, even across floors), the volume on the tag also feels just about right (not too loud, not too low). Pairing with the phone and the app usage is simple. Major limitations which affected the rating: - non-rechargeable battery. Even with 6 mo life (which is max, in reality it will be way shorter) it's easy to miss the fact the battery is dead. - BT v.4+ is only supported - Android app requires Android 5+ (won't install on older phone models).
