Pain relief
It works but doesn’t last long. I would say it’s for mild pain. My husband used it on his shoulder and it didn’t do much. The roller ball is really nice

Great Pain Relief!
The Tylenol Precise topical cream works great and I really love the applicator! It works great and it feels great when applying! Totally recommend this product if you need temporary pain relief.

Works wonders
This cooling gel works wonders. When you apply it there is an instant cooling relief for your muscles or whatever is ailing you. It isn't a cure all and it doesn't last super long, but it helps

Must have!!
This product works great. If you have minor aches and pains and need almost instant relief. Then this is the product to use. It would be great to take to the gym, or to work, or just going out and about. Its convenient roller balls make it for an easy application so you can use without have to get product all over your hands. It also has a very mild scent. It's also a very mild cooling effect not over powering like other products similar to this one. Definitely recommend.

Decent product
I had used this on my lower back when I had tweaked it after a brisk walk. I liked the cooling menthol and the light scent. However I am unsure if the rollers were helpful. I had to squeeze out the pain cream more than required to be able to fully apply it to the back. Since the rollers were coming in the way. Overall, it seems usable when the pain is low or dull Higher levels of pain relief may require doctor's prescription medication.

Best pain reliever
I am a loyal customer of Tylenol. For every discomfort or pain Tylenol is used. This is a good product for pain reliever. It is easy to use and apply. It is mess free and massages in the body easily!

Great Product
I used the pain relieving cream on my sore knee. I loved the cool feeling it gives. I feel like it took away most of the pain. I would definitely purchase, and recommend to a friend.

Actually works
I was sceptical about this because I've used many other brands that have promised relief. Most brands would feel cold or hot, but not relieve the pain. This one actually works. It doesn't get too cold or hot, but it gets rid of the pain. I'm amazed.

Effective and smells pleasant
I loved the Tylenol Precise Cooling Pain Relief Cream! It really helped with my fibroid pain. I never know when my fibroids are going to cause me to have side/abdominal pain so I don't know when to take a pain reliever that's going to take a while to be effy. I decided to try the relief cream and it had a huge effect on calming it down. Sometimes it went away completely and others, it reduced the amount of pain. The roller balls were cool to my skin and the smell was nice and not strong. I highly recommend it.

Keeping this handy!
Been doing a lot of yard work n home maintenance this summer, so this came in handy! I'm liking how you can just glide it on without having to touch the cream! It works well and the cooling sensation definitely helps in relieving my muscle aches. Definitely keeping this handy. The lightly scent isn't overbearing and is great!

Nice product
I tried out the Tylenol Precise Pain Relieving Cream to see if it would help with my pain. I really enjoyed how easy it was to use, easy to target where it needed to go, and it seemed to help with my pain fairly quickly. I really enjoyed using it and will continue in the future.

Not a strong offensive scent
This came at the perfect time... my husband tweaked his back. I said I had something he could try. I applied it to his lower back. I liked the little roller balls that made it glide effortlessly across the skin. A few minutes later I asked if it helped and he said yes it actually did. I didn't hear him complain anymore after using it so i guess it did something.

Fast acting pain relief
Tylenol Precise did exactly what it claimed it would do. It helped me with my post-workout muscle and joint pain and provided me quick relief. It also provides a cooling effect because of menthol, while the Lidocaine helps with the pain relief. I like the massage tip at the end of the tube that helps in spreading it easily. I personally think this is a great product that others should also try out.
