Pain relief roll on
I bought this due to the name brand. I have used it a couple time and do not feel much help. I will trying it a few more times. I find myself reaching for other brands I own.

I did love the applicator of this product. No need to get any of the minty product on your hands. The product itself does cool, but is t as strong of relief as I would like

Great product.
With a roll-on tube design, when used on the skin, it feels cool and refreshing. There is a hole in the middle to easily get the right amount of product. Very easy to use and comfortable. But the product's pain relief effect is worse than that of heating products.

Excellent for Pain
I liked the Tylenol Precise pain relief gel alot. It helped my pain in my knees so much. I'm waiting on knee replacement surgery and this has really helped me with my pain. I'll be buying more.

It is really good. Especially, if you are suffering with a little pain. I rub icy hot on my limbs as well.

Not for me
So this product gave me no relief at all on any of my muscle pain that I have. The cooling doesn't last very long, and isn't as strong as it should be. You just slightly feel the the cooling and then it's over with. I will say the smell of it was nice, it was kind of like a cherry/menthol smell. It rolls on real easy, be careful not to squeeze to much or it will just make a mess.

Great product
This product was what I was looking for. It is easy to apply to yourself, cools the area to lessen the pain, and works to relieve pressure on my neck and shoulder. Sometimes I have to reapply products hourly to help with my issues, but with this product I apply it less often.

Effective and easy relief!
This product provides effective and easy relief. The packaging and applicator make using this product on aches and pains a breeze and reduces the mess associated with some similar products. I enjoy the cooling sensation, buy find myself wishing for a bit of heat alongside this product. That said, I much prefer the rollerball applicator of this product, so it is an easy compromise!

Works ok
TYLENOL Precise Cooling works alright for minor aches and pains. The cooling sensation is pretty soothing and provides temporary relief. However, it might not be strong enough for more intense pain. It’s decent for what it is!
