I’m very impressed with this Tylenol Cold Medicine for nighttime. I love having the addition of a sleep helper in the medicine. I noticed before falling asleep that my symptoms had begun to improve as well. Taste was not as bad as a traditional cough syrup, I highly recommend!

The Tylenol severe cough + sore throat liquid worked great for me. It works faster and better than my brand I usually purchase. The taste wasn't bad like I was afraid it would be. I definitely recommend trying it out if you have a cough or sore throat. I'll be buying this instead of what I normally buy.

I started taking this when experiencing typical cold and flu symptoms like congestion, headache, sore throat, runny nose, and fever. The taste of this cold medicine was pretty good compared to most other meds, however I only noticed a slight reduction of my cold symptoms when I took it.

I have not been sick so I have not tried this kind of medicine. But I have tried other Tylenol cough and cold products and they have worked on the past. If it's anything like what I have tried it will be good.

This was wonderful at not only reducing the severity but also the duration of my cold I feel. I feel it worked quickly for my headache, congestion and minor cough. It helped with that tickle in your throat at night so I was able to get some much needed rest.

I had a sinus and chest cold, plus working around fresh wood shavings. One dose and within 30-45 min, I could feel it beginning to ease up. Plus, slept like a baby. I tried this product when struggling with a common cold (sore/itchy throat, sneezing and cough) for a few days. It says it is for night but I took it during the day as well and never had any ill effects or again. It didn't make me tired of drowsy at all during the day. It seemed to work for my mild symtoms. It definitely tastes like cough medicine (yuck) but does have a grape/berry taste. The taste doesn't linger on forever and dissolves pretty quickly. It didn't help with the back/chest/shoulder ache I had but those pains could have been unrelated to the cold, too. Overall I give it 4/5. It did its job, didn't taste horrible and is simple to use
