Best OTC Cold & Flu Medicine
I loved that Tylenol Cold & Flu Multi-Action Day & Night was able to completely clear up my coughed sinuses, nose, and head! Some other medicines that are similar and claim to do the same thing that this does are nowhere near as effective as Tylenol Cold & Flu!

Multi purpose

Great duel action relief from common child or flu

Finally! Effective without stomach pain or jitters
Great product, with ingredients powerful enough to keep cold symptoms at bay, including when my ears got clogged and painful. Loved having a nighttime version with pseudoephedrine that didn’t disrupt my sleep, because I find it to be the best decongestant available. Highly recommend for sinus and ear congestion and sore throat especially!

All in One
I like that this product is an all-in-one product. I don't have to take multiple medications to get the pain, cough, and decongestant relief. I am thankful that Tylenol sent this to me for review as I might not have tried it otherwise and wouldn't have known how good it is.

Very Good.
The Tylenol Extra Strenghth Cold and Flu Multi-Action Day & Night is easy to use and is effective. I took the product while I had a cold and a virus. I noticed that my stuffy nose was relieved within 15 minutes and soon my other symptoms including body aches soon followed. The nighttime dose gives you an easy sleep and was a plus.

Works wonders!
I recieved a free sample of Tylenol Extra Strength Cold+Flu Multi-Action Day&Night from Home Tester Club. While I hate taking any medications, when I came down with a terrible cold/flu like bug this OTC medicine worked better than anything else I've tried in the past. It really did clear me up during the day so I wasn't feeling horrible all day and helped me get a great night's sleep every night. It truly lessened my symptoms and I would highly recommend.
