Great protection
As someone that experiences the occasion dribble, this product was excellent. At first, I was not used to the added thickness, this presented to my undergarments. However, you get sort of used to it. I do not know how this would hold up to larger "leaks". But, it worked for me.

PROTECTION
I initially gave them to my son in law to try. He reported that they were pretty good in keeping him dry and were comfortable to wear. My mom who was visiting decided she wanted some to try on her flight back. She said they were comfortable even though made for men. Kept her protected and dry during her flight.
