Didn't soap up well
I followed all the directions, but the tab didn't want to fully dissolve. When I smashed up the tab, and got it mixed together, I had to keep the lid off the soap for a pretty long time because the chemical reaction was still happening. I wish it would have worked better... but did not foam up very well.

Sustainable!
What excited me most about the Softsoap Foaming Tablet Starter Kit is you were able to recycle and reuse the same bottle. The aesthetic of the bottle was very neutral. The lavender scent was my favorite feature, I love lavender! As far as the refill, I think the water to tablet ratio needs some tweaking so that the soap isn't watered down.

Fun to Put Together
This is a great idea to just add water to a tablet in this aluminum dispenser. The shape and size of the metal container is perfect actually for by the sink. The process of creating the foaming soap is very easy and fun for the whole family. The soap didn’t lather as much as I expected, but both scents I tried were unique.

Scented foaming soap
For myself it was hard to get the water level right in order to have good foam consistency. There is a water line however, that still seemed to be too much and made the soap very watery rather than foamy. The scent was lavender and I liked it. It was overpowering at first but settled and the scent stayed on my hands long after washing which was nice. Skin felt soft after using so no drying issues for me.

REduce, REuse, REcycle
When I received this product I wasn't quite sure what I was getting myself into and I was skeptical. But was surprised. I received the reusable pump bottle. and 2 tablets. I highly suggest when opening the tablets please keep them over a trash can, sink or the reusable bottle. The tablets are kind of crumbly or dusty. The bottle itself is just like any other soap to foam bottle. I like having my soap as foam easier for my kids to use and easy to explain to make sure you cover your hands with bubbles. After mixing it up seems to work as it should. I do feel as its still part liquid and part foam though. I am also worried about long term use with the bottle and it rusting on my sink if it gets wet to much.

Great soap, environmentally friendly
This stuff is great. I like how you can keep the bottle and just buy tablets when you run out. It's great for the environment. The smell of the soap is great, as well.

Lovely scent
The scent of this product is very wonderful. I would love to have a bodywash that smell exactly the same. It makes my skin so very soft.

Cool Sustainable Idea
I really like the concept of this reusable soap dispenser, but the execution falls a bit short. The scent is pleasant, but the soap doesn't foam much so I felt like my hands weren't as clean as I wanted them to be.

Pretty good foaming hand soap! It’s cool to get the tablets and DIY with the steel bottle. I personally prefer more foamy hand soap but this is a solid option.

Great concept not so great execution
So I wanted to love this but it never worked for me and it actually broke shortly after which really affected my review of it. I don't know if I I a dud but I followed the directions and I had foaming soap 1 time and then after pure water. The pump us made very flimsy and somehow it stopped functioning and won't allow you to push down completely. I thought the scent was really nice and the concept is top notch but it needs a redesign. Also the measurement line for the bottle was not very visible and made it difficult to put the right amount of water.

Water, not soap
I was very excited to try this product, but was disappointed. I added the indicated amount of water to the dispenser and dropped the tablet in. I waited a few minutes and then tried to use it. There was no foam at all, just scented water. I wish I could recommend this product, but sadly I cannot.

The soap is strong to clean the dirtiest hands and a gentle scent that reminds me of my kids when they were babies
