Insoles.
They appeared interesting. I could not get the small enough for my shoes. The size for the foot did not fit either. I am unable to give an official review. Was disappointed. They looked like Styrofoam.

A little spring in your step!
The foam cushion in these insoles are comfortable and give you that extra push when you run. They are so soft that when you land your feet on the ground it's like stepping on a cloud. I have purchased expensive running shoes in the past and basic running shoes, adding these insoles in any running shoe definitely increases your performance, while keeping your feet comfortable and healthy. I highly recommend to all runners.

Pretty comfy
I received a pair of Senco Propel Insoles and they're quite comfy! I'm very flat footed but find I still need some support. These provide excellent support especially while going for a run. The only issue is I had to trim them down to fit into my shoe, which is a size bigger than the actual insole. I'd size down next time.

Comfy insoles

Comfortable light weight support
Spenco Propel insoles hugged my high arches and provided excellent arch support on my latest run. However, I do not like the heel cup as it felt flimsy and made me feel unstable.

Very comfortable!
The Spenco Propel Insoles help provided needed comfort and support while running. At first I was unsure if they would help with any, but the more I wore them the better my body felt. Give them a couple of days and wear to get them feeling great and helpful. I recommend this for any runners out there who need extra support.

Feels ok
I like how these help my feet not hurt while out and about all day. I use these for when I go on my runs and also at work since I am always on my feet. They fit my shoes good, but the heel part kind of sticks out a little more then I like. It is not uncomfortable, but it is just different. For the purpose of the insoles, they get the job done.

Soft and comfy insoles!
These insoles are so comfortable. There great for running or jogging and also perfect for everyday use. They absorb so much impact while running and save a lot of wear on your feet. Easy to cut and size for a perfect fit. I’m on my feet for a large portion of the day and they have helped my sore feet so much! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great insole for exercise or anyone with sore feet in general!

Nothing special
The Spenco® Propel™ Insoles are just ok, nothing special. Sorry to say they felt cheaply made, very thin. Not a lot of support. For me they were very uncomfortable. Overall I didn’t like them.

The insoles were not for me. They made my shoe a little too tight for comfort and not enough cushion (padding).
