Godsend
As a MS patient- I have leaened about self care and comfort over the years. Insoles are one of those things! They can be a huge relief on your back legs and feet especially IF you stand all day.

Spenco® Propel™ Insoles
These insoles are absolutely the best! I have to stand on my feet all day and it helps provide the support I need so my back won’t hurt. Also, they last forever, so you don’t need to worry about a replacement pair. I definitely recommend these insoles.

Pleasantly Surprised
The Propel Advanced Speed Insole works wonderfully. This definitely is the best insole I have tried.

must have
I was experiencing foot pain as I have to walk for prolonged periods.My foot pain would keep me restless in night too.As I started using these insoles my pain just disappeared and now I enjoy walking.I don't feel I am stressing my body.I highly recommend.

Okay for my heels
The very first day with the insoles in my shoes , they were comfortable, but on day two, I really felt the front of my feet being in pain. The heel of my feet were cushioned, but the remainder hurt more than before I used them, unfortunately. I imagine if your feet are in great condition to begin with, these insoles will cushion your feet just fine.

Consistently Comfortable!!
The Spenco® Propel™ Insoles, are a great asset to own. I enjoy the added comfort, and routine satisfaction. I use the insoles daily, and I noticed I have less body pain. My joints and back feel much better, because of the Spenco® Propel™ Insoles.

They are okay
They are too big, you have to cut them to size. You don't have much room to accommodate an insole. They are not memory foam. Over all they are good but I don't like them, they make my feet hurt after some time of wearing.

Spenco Propel Insoles
These insoles work really well. They are better than the ones that came with my running shoes. The only challenge I had was with the size of the insole. There were no instructions to indicate how to adjust the size.

Great bottom cushioning but sides hurt
Spenco® Propel™ Insoles added a lot of much welcome cushioning to the bottom of my shoes, but the sides caused me pain. I have extremely sensitive skin on my feet and the sides just rubbed and jabbed. I appreciate that it was molded to my feet, but the material was too hard for me I think.

Perfect
These insoles are exactly what I was looking for. They provide just the right amount of cushion I need to be able to wear my shoes all day without my feet aching. They are easy to put in my shoes and can be worn in many style shoes.

LIKE RUNNING ON CLOUDS
Like always, when trying a new insole product, I had my doubts. Multitude of claims by companies only make it much harder to actually find a great pair that live up to the hype. Well, these do! They slide into my sneakers no problem and provided the great support that I need and want while running. I've suffered from plantar fasciitis in the past and know how important insoles should provide a comfortable good fit and arch support. I would recommend this insole for all.
