excellent templates
I love these insoles because the carbon plate makes every foot strike an experience of feeling a sense of propulsion and energy. I do not have to make an expense to buy some shoes suitable for running, just put the insoles and voila, they become the best sports shoes. I do not get tired and I give more running

Good Insoles for Arch Support
I tried the Spenco Propel + Carbon Insole sample provided by Home Tester Club. I am a walker/runner and generally put on about 70 miles a week so I go through shoes quickly and need extra support. I found these insoles to provide some additional support and they weren't too rigid as to cause pain in the arch of my foot.

Comfortable shoe liners
These are very comfortable for your feet snd shoes. They help support your feet and keeps them feeling great all day when you walk a lot. They go into your shoes very well. Just slide them in and start your day ms with a comfortable feeling all the time.

Not so Great
At first glance, those insoles are great but they don't work great. They don't even fit my shoes. When I tried them on my shoes, they were very tight and uncomfortable. The insoles don't give a lot of support for my feet. I wish they would confirm my shoes size before sending the product.

Good insoles !

Very comfortable
These insoles are very comfortable and very helpful; I work at a zoo and have to spend ten hours walking and after trying these my feet have felt so much better. They fit perfectly inside my shoes and help relieve pain and help my feet feel relaxed.

Amazing!

Love these insoles
I absolutely love these insoles. They make walking so easy. I have bone spurs, they make all of my normal pain go away. I wish I had a pair for all of my shoes. I recommend them to everyone who walks a lot.

soles
long lasting comfort all day (I'am on my feet 8 to 10 hours a day) kept down my swelling of feet at the end of the day. eats up that stinky feet odor at the end of the day. perfect fit & form fitting. easily slides into shoes for a comfort fit.

My feet no longer hurt after running.
I can't believe all these years I've been running without these. My feet hurt for days after my runs, and now since trying these insoles they stopped hurting completely. I'm not exactly sure why but it's not something I'm going to question. I'll keep enjoying my insoles and my pain free feet. Huge thanks.
