Too soft
Medium density pillows sounded perfect for our family. We all tried them out. Except everyone seems to prefer a firmer, less satiny pillow. The pillows were just too soft. Not medium at all.

Soft and comfortable
The pillows keep there shape, they are very soft and comfortable for my head and the temperature adjusts to my body temperature. I like the density of the pillows and I feel that if there was more filling that they would be a better density because it feels that it’s not medium.

Other worldly experience
OK, so I'm sure you'll read plenty of reviews comparing this pillow to a cloud or to a bed of feathers but I don't think that does it justice. This pillow, once your head hits it, feels like you've just died and are being slowly risen up to heaven while your head is being supported by a higher being's powers. It is the perfect combination of girth and fluffiness. I threw out all my other pillows and just use this.

Soft and comfy
These pillows are super soft. Very comfortable and form fitting. Also, they give you a great nights sleep, in my opinion. My whole family enjoys them. They keep the shape pretty well too.

Good
Im so picky about pillows. So far these pillows have been great they are fluffy, full and comfortable to sleep on. This is exactly what I want in a pillow. I just hope they keep their shape and fullness but only time will tell.

Love these pillows
I first bought this Serta Down Illusion pillow about 2 years ago and it's been the perfect pillow for both me and my boyfriend! It is soft but still provides support. Definitely recommend!!

Comfy
These are soft and comfy. I prefer softer pillows over firm pillows. I sleep so much better at night with these pillows. I will purchase more when it is time to do so .

Serta Down Pillow Set
Serta down pillows set are very soft & comfortable didn't have any complaints sleeping at night pillows kept their shape very well definitely highly recommend
