Amazing
I have very soft type of hair so it is very hard for me to use any time of accessory in my hair that is not a hair tie. I decided to give these a try knowing if it did not work I would give them to my sister. I tried them with a ponytail and they stayed and worked. After trying that the next day I tried it with my hair down and they were able to stay on my head. Amazing!

Pretty nice!
The overall product is pretty good. They look very pretty in hair. Especially in updos. I used them at my sisters wedding and got a lot of compliments. I don’t normally use hair accessories but these are something I would use again for an event/occasion. My only complaint is the pin itself is a bit thin. My hair is pretty thick so I had to use 2.

Cute, but can be a little painful.
My Scrunci pearl hair pins were ideal for a wedding updo! They brought a little pizzazz and cute detail to my hair. They’re made pretty well, so I don’t expect them to fall apart anytime soon, or have the pearlescent finish flake off (which some previous hair accessories have done for me, leaving them unusable). I will say that the length of the pins are pretty long, so if you don’t either have a lot of hair, or you have thin/fine hair, you might not be able to use these. My hair is more on the medium/fine side and I had to be very selective on how I placed these so that the pins didn’t show through the other side of my hairdo. Them being metal they can also be a little rough on your scalp and slightly painful if places the wrong way.

Ripped my hair
Very cute pins but the blunt sharp ends ripped my hair. I feel like there should be a rubber typed tip like Bobby pins to decrease the ripping of hair, as of now I wouldn’t recommend this.
