Good in between colors
This works good in a pinch. Color match was pretty close. It did feel a little sticky after application. It should come in a larger size as this small spray wouldn’t last long for someone with thicker hair like myself. In a pinch would use again.

100% Gray coverage
I used a lot of touch up hair color sprays and none compare to this product. I was afraid it would stain or drip. This product did none of that. It stayed on all day, wasn't sticky or unmanageable. Will continue to use.

Full coverage of gray when on the go
This is an easy grab-and-go option for your hair color needs. I definitely need to use this outside next time because of the fumes emitted from the spray action. Their instructions are on point; you need a steady stream, pressing it fully 6 inches from the target area to get full coverage. Tiny spurts here and there will not give you the coverage you desire. When I did a full spray on the area, I was amazed at how the color covered the gray and how it seamlessly blended with the rest of my hair. It was like it was programmed to meld with my current color. I will be a repeat customer for sure.

The coverage was good, color was off
The coverage was good but the color wasn’t what I was expecting and I had a hard time blending it on my own. I won’t buy it or use it again. Maybe it would be easier if f a second person was around to apply it.

Foolproof

Color match
I recently tried the root touch up from Clairol and was very pleased with how well it covered the grey and matched my color. I found that it did however give my hair a weird texture. I will definitely use it again in the future.

Quick touch up
Was very surprising on how easy it was to apply. It was a quick and easy way to cover up grey roots while giving your hair a little lift. It was a quick salon visit in a can, perfect for that unexpected night out. Will keep this in my makeup bag for those unexpected events before my normal root blend.

Sun kissed
First off I’m a definitely picky when it comes to my hair, so needless to say I was a bit skeptical but willing to try out Clairol’s Root Touch Up Color and Volume 2 in 1 Spray. The spray totally left my hair, feeling like I just went to a spa. The spray goes on in a lightweight stream. It wasn’t heavy or goopy, but it left my hair, perfectly coated in my touch up areas. It has pleasant scent as well, it’s like a mix of floral and fruity, I also like the look of the bottle itself and the feel of it, it’s a perfect size for on the go or traveling. And most importantly the shade that I choose-Light Brown paired perfectly with my hair. This is a product that I will definitely be purchasing again when needed!

Works as described!
This is super easy to use. Love that this actually doubles as a dry shampoo as well. Color is pretty darn close and it easy to blend in. It didn’t cover all of my gray, I wish it had slightly more coverage. It’s good that’s it’s lightweight and doesn’t weigh my hair down. I have very fine thinning hair and this seemed to give it body! Also works as dry shampoo to get rid of greasy strands.

Root Color Cover Up
This Root Color Cover Up provided good color shade match to my base root color. It also seemed to cover up those pesky unwanted grey hairs that were trying to come in. The application is convenient & easy. I wouldn't say it provided me any volume though at the application site but was a good product when in a pinch.

Root touch up spray
Overall the product covers my gray roots but I don't like the way my hair felt. It was stiff and felt dirty. I did like the way I could put it on wet hair and could still dry and style my hair.

Looks greasy
It wasn’t a good product for me. It was and looked greasy in my hair. The color was off, almost reddish. The best part of it was that it’s temporary and I washed it out right away. I’ll stick to permanently dying my hair.
