Really Great Product!
I was struggling quite badly with gray hairs, and I desperately needed and wanted something to cover them up without redoing my entire head in hair color and I came across this amazing root touch up product, and i am so very glad that I did! This amazing spray literally covered up all the gray I had all over my head, I was completely blown away by how great my hair looked, it was a quick long lasting fix. I highly recommend it to others!

Good color correction but hard to aim
I got this as a free sample. The spray covered my roots and had no chemical smell. It was a bit hard to aim and had some residual spray beyond just my roots. Overall the product is good.

Wasn't for me
I really wanted to love the Clairol root touch up Color + Volume 2 in 1 spray. It's a no go for me. With the first initial spray to apply to my hair, I could only test on a small section. The scent in this spray was awful and far too chemical for me to want to apply this all over. I didn't notice any difference in color in the section I used. I did notice that it left a residue and also dulled my hair. The product is also supposed to volumize but is just felt like sticky in a sense. I can't explain the texture but it felt off. I wasn't happy with it, and I wouldn't feel right recommending this to family, friends or strangers.

Not quite right
I tried Clariol’s Root Touch Up in the shade light brown and did not see a difference. I then applied the product on my lightened hair and again did not note a difference in shade or coverage. I typically do not have good result With dry shampoo, so I wasn’t too concerned when the touch up product didn’t giv any volume.

Good Product
I like this product for touch up between dye jobs. I would have liked it better if it had been a match for my hair color which is light red brown. I am not able to upload a picture as my phone will not upload it and neither will my camera.

Good in between colors
This works good in a pinch. Color match was pretty close. It did feel a little sticky after application. It should come in a larger size as this small spray wouldn’t last long for someone with thicker hair like myself. In a pinch would use again.

100% Gray coverage
I used a lot of touch up hair color sprays and none compare to this product. I was afraid it would stain or drip. This product did none of that. It stayed on all day, wasn't sticky or unmanageable. Will continue to use.

Full coverage of gray when on the go
This is an easy grab-and-go option for your hair color needs. I definitely need to use this outside next time because of the fumes emitted from the spray action. Their instructions are on point; you need a steady stream, pressing it fully 6 inches from the target area to get full coverage. Tiny spurts here and there will not give you the coverage you desire. When I did a full spray on the area, I was amazed at how the color covered the gray and how it seamlessly blended with the rest of my hair. It was like it was programmed to meld with my current color. I will be a repeat customer for sure.

The coverage was good, color was off
The coverage was good but the color wasn’t what I was expecting and I had a hard time blending it on my own. I won’t buy it or use it again. Maybe it would be easier if f a second person was around to apply it.

Foolproof

Color match
I recently tried the root touch up from Clairol and was very pleased with how well it covered the grey and matched my color. I found that it did however give my hair a weird texture. I will definitely use it again in the future.

Quick touch up
Was very surprising on how easy it was to apply. It was a quick and easy way to cover up grey roots while giving your hair a little lift. It was a quick salon visit in a can, perfect for that unexpected night out. Will keep this in my makeup bag for those unexpected events before my normal root blend.

Sun kissed
First off I’m a definitely picky when it comes to my hair, so needless to say I was a bit skeptical but willing to try out Clairol’s Root Touch Up Color and Volume 2 in 1 Spray. The spray totally left my hair, feeling like I just went to a spa. The spray goes on in a lightweight stream. It wasn’t heavy or goopy, but it left my hair, perfectly coated in my touch up areas. It has pleasant scent as well, it’s like a mix of floral and fruity, I also like the look of the bottle itself and the feel of it, it’s a perfect size for on the go or traveling. And most importantly the shade that I choose-Light Brown paired perfectly with my hair. This is a product that I will definitely be purchasing again when needed!
