Amazing burn
Great pre-workout! The flavor is very good. It is not chalky and mixes very well. Held up for an hour of intense work out daily. Would recommend and purchase in the future.

Works pretty well!
This RAW Nutrition Essential Pre Workout Powder is my go to every morning. Give me more energy than any other pre workout powder I have ever tried. It tastes very delicious especially when it's cold, doesn't have a chalky taste or any after tastes. I really love this product.

Great Pre workout
As someone who does not work out. I gave this to my father and he has no complaints about it. He says it’s a great pre work out and would recommend it! The flavoring isn’t horrible also!

Energy overloaded
I love this RAW Nutrition Essential Pre Workout Powder. Does not give you that chunky or chalky taste. The taste is very refreshing especially drinking cold. Does not have any after taste like other pre workouts powder i have tasted. This is my new favorite pre workout drink. Give me all the energy needed for the whole day.

Way better than expected!
RAW Essential Pre-workout surpassed all my expectations. I've used various pre-workouts in the past, some no name, some well known brands. Raw Essential Pre-Workout not only fulfilled every expectation I had for a Pre-workout. It was fast acting,y energy lasted throughout my workout and even longer, and I had no crash afterwards. Unfortunately, the post workout crash had been something I had been accustomed to in the past, but not with RAW. On top of all this, the flavor was out of this world. It had a great fruit punch flavor that wasn't overwhelming and it also didn't leave that tangy aftertaste. I would definitely buy this in the future and would recommend to all my friends and family for their Pre-workout and energy needs!

Not too bad but doesn’t dissolve
The flavor is really good but the powder doesn’t dissolve down really good. It leaves a white powder in the bottom of the water bottle. The formula works well but I wouldn’t really buy it.

Tastes Great!
This essential pre-workout drink powder tastes great and has exactly what you need to get started with your workout in the morning. The added caffeine is a nice bonus, giving a little extra energy to the workout supplement.

Tasty
I love preworkout’s. This one is pretty good! It tastes really yummy, and it works quickly. I usually drink c4- and I like a good tingling feeling in my skin, this one doesn’t have that though. Overall I feel more energized, but it could be a little stronger.

Pre workout powder
I’m overall not a huge fan of these types of drinks, I find them to have an artificial sugar taste as with this one, which really turns me off of it… it contains sucrose which is causing the taste.

Tingly and jittery
Did not provide a smooth energy boost, felt more jittery and anxious rather than energised. Fingers and face were tingling for 5 mins after consuming. Taste was good though. Would not recommend this product because I have had better pre-workouts before that did not make me tingle or jittery. Did not get a good pump either.

Really great
I loved this preworkout because of how good it tasted to be honest. I sometimes have a texture issue with preworkouts if they don’t fully blend into my drinks but I didn’t seem to come across that much with this powder. It’s nice to just mix it with water too or you could add it to smoothies and such!
