Ok, but not as good as real sugar
I received a complimentary sample of Pyure Organic Baking Blend Sweetener Pouch and Pyure Organic Brown Sweetener Pouch from Home Tester Club in exchange for my honest review. These sugar substitutes didnt cook as well as regular brown and white sugar when I made lemon crinkle cookies and gluten free peanut butter cookies. The cookies didn't seem to rise/spread as well. Also, these sugar substitutes didnt sweeten the cookies as well as regular sugar, and left a slightly bitter aftertaste. The white sugar substitute tasted like regular sugar when used in coffee and hot tea. On a positive note, the calories saved is a huge plus for those wanting to significantly reduce calories.

Great Brown Sugar Substitute

Good substitute for sugar
The product measures the same as regular brown sugar so it is easy to substitute. It isn’t too sweet either which was nice and it baked similarly to a cookie with brown sugar. It would be be a great addition to any kitchen or family who needs to eat foods with less sugar.

Sweet
The sweetner is golden-brownish in color. Not as sweet as the brown sugar; sometimes you need to add few more spoonfuls to get the same effect. There were few lumps in the pouch, but otherwise the sweetener is okay. It is Keto diet friendly, gluten free, vegan and organic.

Better than sugar
I am on keto and have loved Pyure since Walmart started selling it. I use it most often to make both hot and cold drinks. I feel it creates a taste very similar to sugar with no strange aftertaste and no stomach discomfort.

great tasting sugar substitute
I loved that this brown sweetener is a great substitute for regular brown sugar. It is easy to bake with and has a great taste. I do wish that it had a little bit more of a brown sugar taste but I would be ok with adding this to my baking routine.

Tasty

Taste was just like regular brown sugar
The brown sugar was very tasty. I tested in my tea and used to make some sugar free chocolate chip cookies. This taste just like regular brown sugar without the calories and it did not have an aftertaste. It dissolved well and did not clump up.

New Favorite Sweetener!
I received Pyure Organic Brown Sweetner as a sample and was not familiar with the brand before. Although I haven't baked with it yet, I've used it in my coffee, on hot cereal and sprinkled on top pancakes and absolutely loved the flavor! I especially love that all of the ingredients are organic.
