Good substitute for white sugar
The product measures the same as regular white sugar so it is easy to substitute. It isn’t too sweet either which was nice and it baked similarly to a cookie with white sugar. It would be be a great addition to any kitchen or family who needs to eat foods with less sugar.

Lets bake better
I am on keto and have loved Pyure since Walmart started selling it. I use it most often to make a lot of baked good. I feel it creates a taste very similar to sugar with no strange aftertaste and not too sweet for your baking needs

Good overall
The Pyure organic baking blend sweetener worked well as a substitute for baking cookies . I did not get an aftertaste and it did dissolve well.

New Favorite Sweetener
I received Pyure Organic Brown Sweetener as a sample and was not familiar with the brand before. Although I haven't baked with it yet, I've used it in my coffee, on hot cereal and sprinkled on top pancakes and absolutely loved the flavor! I especially love that all of the ingredients are organic.
