Amazing!
Holy Moly!!! These pads from Poise are amazing! They contain additional side walls to keep all expelled fluids from ruining my favorite underwear. Not only are the side walls amazing, so is the sticky side of the pad. It is like super glue and the pad does not slide around at all. I also did not feel these at all.

Hybrid pad
It’s a hybrid pad! Don’t expect much protection when using it as a menstrual pad and your flow is heavy. It’s basically a light day pad that has you covered if you slightly pee a bit when sneezing.

Really good wings and thin pad
For such a thin pad, they are very absorbent! I would feel comfortable wearing these during regular flow. The wings are some of the best I've used. The pad did not move, and was used when sitting, moving, and laying down. Would recommend!

Good quality
The poise regular pads are definitly made of good quality. The pads hold up well together, and stay in place. There was no odor, and had full leak protection for me. They were great for me on my time off the month, and at the gym to control my sweating.

Would definitely buy!
The pads were thicker than I normally use for my period but they were comfortable and stayed dry to the touch. They were flexible and didn’t bunch throughout daily activities. I would use these pads again!

The only thing I did not like was that the Poise pads did not have a perfect fit. I like the I was dry.

Very comfortable
Small and discreet for any occasion. I they absorb more than any other regular pad and i liked that I can also use them even when I'm not on my days. I used them days I would work out and it definitely made me feel more comfortable, no accidents.

Great for both periods and bladder leaks
I’m really happy with these pads for a few reasons. First, they are good for both leaks and periods. After I had children I tend to get some small leaks when laughing or sneezing and I don’t want to wear a huge bulky pad—so these fit the bill perfectly. They’re thin but have strong absorption. They fit so comfortably and didn’t get moved around or bunched up. They were great at controlling scents, too. I ended up using them for my regular period and had my 11 year old try them, also. They worked well for both of us! I was worried they would be too big or bulky for her but they weren’t! They fit us both comfortably and securely and were perfect for absorbing everything without having any leaks. They had better absorption than normal period pads that I buy and will switch to using these as my regular brand.

Best pad yet
This is a very unique product. One poise 2-in-1 pads is a wonderful invention. I found these to absorb a little bladder leakage to my heavy period flow. I especially like the dual leak block system because with the wings they stay place and with the barrier I no longer get anything on my panties(underwear). I feel fresh with the odor control. I also feel dry even after a experiencing a heavy period.
