Absorption is good!
I have a heavy flow cycle 4 of the 5 days so using heavy pads are a must for me. I used the Poise Heavy Pads during my latest cycle and they contained the moisture with no spillage. The pads, although of the heavy variety they were not bulky. I found the pads to lay into my undergarment discreetly but effectively. The absorption was top notch. My only complaint is the stickiness of the wings were a bit too strong so it was difficult to remove the pad sometimes. However, this was a small trade off for a fairly priced products that gives the protection that is needed.

AMAZING new product!!
Poise Heavy Pads are a fabulous and versatile new product. Made for both light blade control AND your period, these slim yet super absorbent pads have fantastic wings that are made to got tight to underwear admit a million times better than regular maxipads. I cannot say enough good things about this product, it is literally perfect.

Gives the required protection
I used during last 3 days of period. It is absorbent and the good thing is that the pad stays in place. I like the fact that it is 2-in-1 which can be used for bladder leaks as well.

The best ever!
These pads are the absolute best! They hold both very well, now i dont have to worry about buying 2 different types of pads just one that will do both! Ohh and the tape on the back its the best ive seen, it sticks on your underwear and unless you take it off its stays in place all day doesnt matter how much you move, run or jump!

One by Poise 2 in 1
Poise is a great product for heavy periods, that provides coverage ad protection for up to 12 hours, especially for heavy periods. Great for travel, because they make you feel safe and protected. I highly recommend them, and I will definitely will buy them. They're great for outstanding dryness, comfort and odor control. I give them five stars.

Great protection
As far as pads go they were comfortable to wear. I didn’t have issues with them coming unstuck like I do with other brands. They held up to my flow with no leaking.

Great product
This is a great product for women that suffer from bladder leaks or even menstrual cycles. I’ve used this product for both and it’s great to not have to buy two different products and can just use this one. They are comfortable and discreet and I haven’t had any leaks while using. They absorb well. I definitely recommend these pads to others that need them
