Strong formula
I have been prone to occasional breakouts along my jawline, neck and sometimes even the sides of my face. These usually come during times of stress and the pimples are those big ugly ones that can actually hurt. Recently I had the worst of these breakouts for some time and I rec'ed this product. I probably over did it, using the cream liberally on the affected areas twice a day. Amazingly, within two days, in some cases just one day, the worst of the pimples had completely dried up and disappeared and the newer ones too were almost gone. It's almost as if the product burned them right off. That's the good news. The not-so-good news is that the areas where these ugly pimples had disappeared was pretty red and sore. Almost like a mild burn. The pimples did not return, but now I know to use the product much more sparing. This is STRONG STUFF. I don't have particularly sensitive skin. If my reaction is typical, then probably most people should start using this product only once a day.

Working Well!
I was very happy to hear I would be receiving this complementary and Clear Persa-Gel 10 Acne Medication, in exchange for my honest review. I am almost 38 years old, so teenage acne is not an issue, never was; however, hormonal acne is. Hormonal acne is absolutely stubborn and is relatively unaffected by salicylic acid, which is the ingredient in most acne treatments. Thankfully, Clean & Clear started using an active ingredient that makes a difference- benzoyl peroxide. It really helps shrink down blemishes in size and redness, and when I use it in conjunction with other products containing SA, it really does the job! It hasn't dried my skin out at all, even when I use it proactively, all over my face. I highly recommend this for people of any acne type. Add this to your routine (unless you've been given instructions by your doctor), you won't be sorry!

Works well

Definitely not impressed
I used the Persa-Gel acne medication for a continuous 8 days. During this period I did not use any other acne medication. I limited it to just the multiple acne affected areas on my face. I did not notice any difference day after day. After not having any improvement I stopped using this product and went back to my normal product.

Acne Killer
I Think That The Persa - Gel 10 is the Best Product That I Have Ever Used To This Day. It Says That It Will Help Get Rid Of Acne, But It KILLS ACNE Right Where It's At. Well, At Least That's What It Did For Me, And I Have Tried A Lot Of Products In My Life But Nothing Has Even Worked 1/3 As Good. Try The Persa - Gel 10 And You Will Be Happy Also.

This stuff works!!
So, I received and tried out the persa-gel 10 and it is AMAZING!! Nobody likes those annoying pimples that seem to just pop up out of the blue, so if that's happened to you try this stuff, like now!! I put it on my pimple, 3 times in one day, it didn't dry out my skin or sting. Honestly after I put it on I could feel it working. So I used it 3 times in one day and the next day the redness had gone away, the swelling had gone down, all that was left was a tiny little dot. This stuff works, you should try it!!

Before this, I hadn't ever heard of Clean & Clear's Persa-Gel 0 and didn't really know what it was so I am really glad Home Tester Club sent it to me to try. I get acne about once a month and it drives me crazy but the Pers-Gel 10 really helps me deal with it.

Tried and True!
Only great things to say about Persa-Gel 10! It’s been around for as long as I can remember and it worked for me as a teenager and it still works for me with hormonal acne flare ups and I’m in my mid 30’s! There’s a reason why this product has stood the test of time….it works! I never wake up the next morning with red, dry splotches where I applied it the night before and I really can see a difference in the size, redness and for those pimples that hurt it helps to stop that as well. It’s an overall great product and it gets overlooked because of the newer more advertised treatments but I think it’s a winner all around.

It's ok
I used the gel on three different areas of breakouts. What i noticed is that it did decrease the redness in two of the areas. The other area the bump grew bigger and was still red so it didn't work well there. Despite that i will continue to use it to help reduce redness. I didn't noticed any dryness after using this product or any residue.

Helped swelling but not redness
This acne cream helped with the swelling a bit but didn’t do anything for the redness. It kept the pimples from spreading in clusters like they normally do during my monthly hormone fluctuations, but didn’t keep things at bay as I had hoped.
