Very good shredder for the cost
I had tried out the shredder as well as my 2 college students and we all agreed that it works pretty well for small household shredding. I feel like you really have to be careful of how many sheets you put in it so you don't jam it. If you put folded papers in it you have to do it carefully or it will jam. Overall it was a pretty good shredder and I would buy this brand again.

Fast and efficient
Nice and convenient! It gets the job done swiftly and efficiently. I have had shredders in the past which have jammed up and I would have to manually clear it out and rip up the papers myself. This one does not disappoint! It really comes in handy especially when I like to do a massive purge of paperwork. I am ready to purchase one of these for my office as well.

Pen Gear Shredder
It's very easy to set up and operate. The wheels pop in on the bottom so you can move the shredder where ever it's needed. I will say that the box is a bit heavy when unpacking. The shredder mechanism is heavy. So please be aware and put the wheels on 1st. Easy to read instructions. You can shred credit cards. Labeling on top reminds you of 8 page limit/sheets of paper. I was impressed. It's ready to work out of the box.

Heavy Duty Shredder

Amazing Pen Gear 8

Powerful and compact
Before this, I've never had good luck with shredders for a variety of reasons: ineffective, messy, cumbersome. I'm happy to report that the Pen+Gear 8 Sheet Microcut Shredder has none of these issues! In fact, it's the opposite: efficient, neat and simple. The generous size is also compact, so it fits easily under my workspace, and the wheels (see photo) make it easy to move around at will. The shredding is so powerful, even when 8 sheets are shredded at a time. No one will be able to reconstruct a sensitive document from these tiny pieces of paper! The pullout basket makes it super-simple to empty the shredder when it gets full. I'm 100% happy with the design and performance of this shredder and recommend it highly for home or office use.

Nice shredder
I have never owned a shredder so this is my first. Tried it for 2 days & so far I am very pleased with this one. It does the job as a shredder with no problem. I would need to see just how long it will last

Not so good shredder
This product is great if you want to shred a credit card or gift card! You can only shred up to two papers at a time. The door that opens up is a pain to deal with bc it doesn't open wide for a lot of papers to go through! Overall it's an ok machine just not for multiple pages at once.

My First Time Trying A Shredder.
My overall review of the Pen+Gear 8 Sheet Microcut Shredder with Pullout Basket work well after my first use. I have to be careful with turning on the power button REV because it sounds noisy and I have move the power button to AUTO which became quiet. As I placed an old paper into the shredder, it worked perfectly.

A great shredder overall!
A very well-made product! I like the fact that this shredder can shred up to 8 pages at a time, and I also like the pull-out basket, instead of having to take the shredding mechanism off of the top, empty the basket, and then replace the shredder mechanism. The credit card shredding capability is a testament to how strong this shredder is. The instructions don't say that you can or can't add a small plastic garbage bag inside the pull-out basket, but I tried and it worked, so that's a plus. Overall, I would definitely recommend this shredder!

Paper Shredder
Pen + Gear 8 SHEET Micro-Cut Paper Shredder was easy to assemble. I love the fact that it is on wheels. It makes it easy to move around. I love that it is big and can SHREEDER up to 8 papers at a time. This will come in quite handy for me for junk mail. And I will be taking magazine pages and shredding them. That will make more room in the recycle bin. It's very easy to use. Fits in easily to my home decor. The pull out bin is great.

Good small office shredder
The shredder works well, but is a little too loud. While placing in the first coaster the plastic arround the hole of the placement broke. The design is contemporary fitting well in a smaler office as well.

AMAZING
I love the Pen+Gear 8 Sheet Microcut Shredder With Pullout basket due to its impressive ability to shred important documents with personal information. I had a big pile of documents I’ve been storing due to it having personal information and now my mail basket is decluttered. 10/10 recommend
