My husband lives these he's always in his feet and these don't make his feet sweat like others and they keep his feet from getting wet also the cushioness is the best thing feels like your walking on clouds live these shoes now I know what my nephews will get for Christmas I would absolutely recommend these shoes to a friend
Very comfortable shoe for hiking. My feet always hurt after a long hike so I needed something that would provide comfort, yet be durable so as to not get hurt in the elements. These do both. I will be buying again when they eventually wear down.

Go hiking in comfort
When I first received the boots I thought they looked good but I was unsure how comfortable they would be but they actually were quite comfortable. I have gone on several hikes with them on and they really hold up to the job. I have used them in the rain and since they are weatherproof my feet stayed dry. I am very impressed with Ozark hiking boots. I definitely recommend these boots and I can honestly say I found a new brand of boots.
Being an avid hiker, I put these shoes through the ringer! On the plus side they held up and have a decent waterproof seal. A few of the cons are regarding the overall breathability of the shoe - it is not something I would prefer for a longer hike (anything over about 2-3 hours). Additionally, it has a very plasticky look and feel; pictures shared. Finally, while these held up for the two or so weeks that I used them almost on a daily basis, they do show the signs of wear and tear early on and I do not expect them to last for an extended period of time. The major positive is compared to most hiking shoes I have used in the past, there are much, much cheaper - like 4x cheaper for the standard hiking shoes I usually purchase. If you are not an avid hiker and want a pair for some one off hikes here and there, this is a good pair not requiring such a hefty investment.
I absolutely love these boots! They fit perfectly to size and I couldn't believe how comfortable they were even after a few hour hike in the mountains.

High quality boots prefer a little wide
Being an avid hiker I have to frequently replace shoes as they wear out quickly and it is expensive replacing $80+ shoes frequently. I am quite happy with the overall value offered by this hiking boots. 1. appearance and design: I feel the black color is more than the other colors. I like the use of leather and rubber in the front. The sole tread provides good grip and support. The midsole could use a little bit of support. 2. Features: The hiking shoes are not truly waterproof but the shoes didn't allow water to seap inside in the shallow lake. 3. Fitting: The shoes fit nicely but would prefer them to be little bit wide. 4. Inside: The shoes are quite comfortable and ergonomic and they look properly stitched to the sole which is helpful. Durability: Overall my few weeks of usage shows a high durability and hope they last atleast a year.
These boots are absolutely amazing so far. Not too heavy, not too warm. Hook, loop double uppers. They are water proof but not too hot to keep your feet sweating. And I suffer from hydrosis. (Sweaty hands and feet) they have toe protection and have came in handy at work. No steel toe but they dont need it. Fit gear for the size of my wide feet. No issues here. A month in and they look like they will hold up for more then 2 years. Try them today! Wish I did sooner!
The Ozark Trail Men's Meadows Waterproof Hiking Boots are pretty good for the price. They really are waterproof and have decent grip and ankle support. Perfect for casual hikes, but maybe not the best for super long trails since the cushioning isn’t the greatest. Overall, a solid budget option for weekend adventurers.
