Loved by senior cat!!!
My first impression of this cat was that the bag discussed the overall health benefits of the food, very informative. The cat food contains real meat as the first 5 ingredients unlike other cat foods. It takes care of 8 health benefits that are essential so that my senior cats would live a long and healthy life. I wasnt sure that my cats would eat it since they are picky eaters, but to my surprise they devoured it. I am assuming that not only does it have health benefit but it tastes just as good for them. I realized that sometimes when I feed my Siamese cat food she vomits but I havent had that issue with this food. I only took a star off because its definitely worth it but its on the pricier end.

My Senior Cat Has More Energy!
My cat is 15 years old. He seems to love the taste of the Origen Guardian Senior Cat Food. I have noticed that he has more energy since I switched to this brand. I have also noticed that his coat is shinier. My normally skinny cat is actually putting on some weight. I am very impressed with this product. It is a little more expensive than the premium cat food that I usually feed my cat. Since he likes the Origen Guardian Senior Cat Food so much and with all of the health benefits I have seen since I started feeding it to him, it is worth paying more for.

My Cats Didn't Like It
I was excited to try this product for my cats. Every thing seemed great, however, my cats were not impressed. I like the advertised benefits but the taste was not to my cats liking

Smells like I made it myself
I have a very finicky eater. The first day we tried this food, she ate it before her regular food like it was a treat! Upon first opening the bag at mealtime, I am struck by the aroma - it smells so fresh! It has 40% protein which I really like as our girl gets older. Here are the first seven ingredients: Salmon, duck, chicken, turkey, flounder, whole herring, chicken liver. We've been using it for a while and she's still eating it! Other foods we've tried, she wouldn't even touch.

My picky cat absolutely loves this food! It has a nice size and an enticing smell. When my cat hears the bag, he comes running! Definitely recommend!

Picky eaters love it
I have 3 senior cats that are extremely picky eaters. They absolutely loved this food. It does however, stink horribly. I kept looking for something rotten in my kitchen, it was the fiod.

Excellent and high-quality
My cats absolutely thrive on this food! The smell is definitely strong which might bother some people, but I feel it speaks to the quality of the ingredients. My cats love this food and it seems to be very beneficial for them overall.

Good nutrition for the cats
I liked that the product had a list of nutritional contents, looked at the ingredients and it's mainly readable ingredients so it's healthy for the cats. They also seemed to enjoy the taste as well.

My cat loves it, my wallet doesn't
My cat (9 yo male) is very picky with the foods he likes or doesn't like, so I was relieved and surprised when he chowed right down on this food. Based on the ingredients, it is really high quality and good for older cats' systems. I feel very confident feeding him this food. However, it is very expensive! So I don't know if I can afford for it to be his everyday food. If money is no object, then this is a great product.

Well first of all I like the fact that it was for senior cat is my cat is older and the fact that it’s grain free and I have to say my cat absolutely loved it and she is a very finicky cat so yeah I loved it I got it from Amazon and I will continue to purchase it when I run out of it and the price is reasonable

My cat loves it!
My 17-year-old cat ate this food up! Sometimes senior cat food can be too bland or dry, but this food was perfect for him. It was easy to mix with his current dry food and transition him. I love that it is made with quality ingredients that benefit my pet.

Great Quality
Quality cat food. It's the only one my two cats are willing to eat. My cats are obsessed with this food. I use it for feeding time and I use for treats for enrichment.
