Easy Connect
The Surf Onn Powered USB 3.0 Hub makes my connections very easy. One port is much safer than having many ports. This powered USB 3,0 hub is very good and is great for my needs.

Great USB port extender
I like this product. My wireless keyboard and mouse receivers occupies 2 ports in laptop. This helps me easily switch from 1 laptop to other. It also comes with power adapter to achieve 5 gbps transfer speed. We can just use power adapter with usb bus for mobile charging as well.

This USB hub is pretty useful. At work I have multiple things that need charged during the day. This has came in handy more than I thought it would. Highly recommend. Very easy to use.

Good but could be improved
The USB hub works at all the advertised speeds. One of the issues is the wire is short so it is really only good for laptops and not a desktop computer. It does not have an indicator LED to let you know that it is powered. This is something I prefer on a hub to let me know that it is getting extra power. It only provides a 2 amp plug so while you'll be able to use a flash drive, plug in a Webcam, keyboard and microphone but you won't be able to do something like charge your phone reasonable because it won't have enough power. Overall, good and works as advertised.

it only does what it says it does
Read the features carefully, to be sure this product does what you would expect it to do. In our case, we were initially excited to get this device, hoping it could help organize our various mobile devices that need to be charged up, until I read the instructions, where it unfortunately says: "not recommended for phone charging due to slow speed." Bummer! So what does this device do? Its all about data transfer speeds - up to 5Gbps ... if your associated devices support it, and they are USB-A 3.0 comppatible... So it seems that the usefulness of this device is very niche and limited. Most of our devices (which we'd data-transfer occasionally) are compatible with Wifi and/or high-speed ethernet. So using this device would only be for rare occasions when our ethernet wouldn't work. If you must only use this specific niche feature, give this product a try. Otherwise, look elsewhere for a more versatile hub.

Works well
The plastic is a little cheap but the product works *so well*. I've always wanted one because I only have one USB hub and if I plug my phone in to transfer things I have no where to plus my mouse. I'm not good with using the track pad. This worked perfectly for that purpose. If I needed another one I'd get this. The Connecting bit is also super useful too.

Slow and unreliable
This device is really great for getting data from one device onto another, but it transferred data much slower than I expected. I also utilized it for charging my devices. I wouldn’t recommend doing this at all. The charge speed was so slow that my portable charger was only up to 71% after being plugged in for 10 hours. I also had trouble with my devices recognizing the product, so half of the time they didn’t do anything despite being plugged in. I’m not sure if maybe I just got a dud, but from the product I received, I wouldn’t recommend it to others.

This hub is great to have if you work from home like my husband and I do. We can look many electronics up to it and it works like a charm. This hub is easy to hook up and you can take it while traveling also. It is a must have!!

Amazing USB Hub!!!
So I recieved the hub in yesterday and I was just so ready to use this cuz everyone hogs all the plugs around the house so I plugged it in and it worked perfectly!! I was able to plug in all my devices to charge and I was so impressed!! I wpuld recommend this to anyone who fights over outlets at home, lol!! Great product!!

I love that it has multiple ports to use everything at once. Right now we are using it for our PlayStation controllers and it works great charging all at once! If anyone had multiple things to use in one spot I’d definitely recommend purchasing this device!

Simple yet Convenient
I sometimes end up needing extra USB ports when I'm gaming/streaming etc & it was really irritating. This is nice and small so it takes up almost no space and is beyond convenient! Very happy with it.

As Expected
Pretty much as expected. I had no issues connecting it to my Thinkstation Desktop, Dell Laptop or my MacBook Air and it worked just fine with all three. I had a wireless mouse, wireless keyboard and phone charger/connector hooked up with it and all 3 worked just fine. My only issue with it is the shape and weight or should I say lack there of. The power cord is 6 feet, which is nice, but the USB connector is only a few inches and forces the unit to be either on top of your workstation or behind the computer limiting access to it. And it weighs almost nothing, so it really easy to get it caught on something and unplug it VERY easily. All and all it worked just fine, just a couple of simpler issues with the shape and getting stuck on things.

Transfers data at lightening speed!
This is so simple to use. I love that I connect 4 devices at one time for not just transferring data but also to charge. The four ports have ample room for connecting your devices.
