good sunburn lotion
i don't burn easily but my shoulders do get slightly itchy after a particularly hot/sunny hike. this lotion was soothing and did a good job of moisturizing afterwards. sulfate and dye free, which is a plus!

Amazing! I love that a product like this exists. If you have sunburnt skin, you need this. It works better than aloe vera alone and works better than any moisturizing lotion you may have. It goes on smooth, not sticky, gets absorbed well, provides almost-instant relief, cools off your sensitive skin, and prevents skin from peeling. Great product!
I live in Texas and we have sun exposure 365 days per year. Our summer is brutal and it's very easy to get a sunburn, especialy if you have sensitive skin. I was very exited to try the Sun Rescue After Sun Replenishing Lotion by Neutrogena and I really loved it. This lotion works! I applied it every time I had a sun exposure and my skin felt hydrated and soothed. I love the natural ingredients, like Aloe Vera and vitamin E. The Sun Rescue After Sun Replenishing Lotion by Neutrogena help me to moisturize my skin and prevent peeling. I like it very much!

Lightweight, fresh scent, hydrating.
Pretty good hydration for your skin after a day in the sun. Very easy to work into your skin, non greasy, no build up, really soaks into your skin nicely. Very fresh scent, sort of reminds me of soap or cologne, very nice fragrance. Soothes my skin on my face after a day in the sun.

Great Relief
Just used this sun rescue a bunch while on our trip in Hawaii. The product has a good smell, could be better in my opinion. It has almost a sunscreen smell, which I don’t care for after being in the sun. It is a thin liquid but blends in well to the skin. Instant relief with the cooling aloe. Overall, a nice product and it works well after the sun.

Excellent alternative to aloe vera gel!
As a kid growing up going down the Jersey shore for a week or 2 during the summer, and being half Italian but unfortunately not blessed with olive skin, I am no stranger to getting sun burnt! My Aunt would slather me in aloe vera gel that was kept in the fridge and while it WAS instantly refreshing I HATED the sticky feeling of it all over my body. If you're anything like me - then this Neutrogena After Sun Replenishing Lotion will be right up your alley. Because it's a lotion and not a gel you're not left with that sticky, yucky residue. What's even more is that it's safe for people with sensitive skin to use AND it's sulfate, paraben, dye-free, AND vegan! It also prevents peeling. I've even heard of people using this to prevent peeling of new tattoos with fantastic results. 10/10 would recommend!

Gentle and soothing
This sun rescue lotion really came to my rescue. After a beach day, I had minor sun burns on my skin even after liberal spf application and this lotion really helped my skin soothe and calm down. The 'angry' looking red spots looked much better after a couple applications! I can use this on myself and my kids. Love the scent and the light texture as well. This will be a staple in my home.

Great for after sun care
I was so excited to try a new after-sun care product. Neutrogena is such a classic brand so I knew this would be good. The texture is excellent, it’s like a creamy aloe. It smells SO GOOD! But it feels even better on. It’s soothing, cooling, and moisturizing. I think this is a new staple for me.

So soothing
I live in Florida, and spend a lot of time outside running and swimming. My chest and shoulders are often a bit sensitive to the sun, and the Neutrogena Sun Rescue was extremely soothing after being out in the sun. It also really reduced redness.

Refreshing Sun Rescue Lotion
My first impression was the refreshing lite smell upon opening the container. I couldn't wait to lather the Lotion all over after being out on the beach all morning. My skin felt instantly renewed. This Lotion is a must have for usage after any sun exposure.
