I used to use garnier micellar water, which is good but it feels a little too oily and left a residue on my face. I love the new hydroboost micellar water by neutrogena because it doesn’t leave a residue, it take off all my make up, and it doesn’t sting around my eyes. It get off mascara and all. The best part about it’s that it is hydrating because I have very dry skin and this helps!
So I already currently use all the hydroboost products and I freaking LOVE THEM! the hydroboost micellar water will definitely be added to my routine, I love how when used it also hydrates! Unlike with other makeup removers which made my skin feel tight and dry. However it does not remove all makeup but in it's defense no makeup remover completely removes all makeup. With that being said I am so happy I was able to try this product and I most definitely recommend for anyone wanting more hydration!
I am a huge fan of the Neutrogena Hydro Boost collection overall- I use the cleanser every so often and the moisturizer and eye gel-cream every day! I’ve been pretty loyal to the Garnier micellar rose water for years, not a fan of the other Garnier options as much but love the rose water, it does a great job with with my mascara and eye makeup as it’s gentle and effective. Since getting the Hydro Boost micellar water I’ve used it every day since! I loooove that it does just as good of a job with makeup removal, and even more so the hydration boost it gives my skin after removing any oil or makeup. 100% recommend!
It does a good job at removing makeup. The hyaluronic acid makes it even better. The added benefit of having a skincare ingredient while removing a makeup product helps the process.
This product worked well regarding taking makeup off. I also enjoyed using it as a cleanser for the days I just needed a little pick me up. Made my skin feel nice and hydrated. Highly recommend!
This micellar cleanser worked perfectly well to remove pageant makeup on my daughter this weekend!! We definitely spent less time taking her makeup off and her face was so soft afterwards. I love how gentle this formula is!
This micellar water is good but not my favorite. Although it is gentle on my skin and eyes (no stinging or burning) it does not remove makeup completely, not even non-long wearing makeup. I find that it works better if used as the first part of a double cleanse process but no way would I just use this alone with a cotton pad without rinsing (as suggested on the bottle.) It may work best for those who are not acne-prone like myself.
I used this cleanser with a cotton pad after removing my make up with a make up wipe & was surprised by how much make up was still left over on my face! Will continue to use this cleanser in my daily skin care routine. I am also considering purchasing the Neutrogena hydro boost gel moisturizer to go along with this product.
The Neutrogena Hydro Boost Micellar Water is fantastic, and it contains hyaluronic acid that can boost my skin hydration. It cleans my skin while hydrating it. It’s alcohol free, so it’s very gentle on the skin, even sensitive skin, and it won’t burn your face. I would add this micellar water to my skincare routine. Compared to other makeup removers, this micellar water is a lot easier to use. It easily removes makeup without causing any skin irritations. I like how it saves my time because it doesn’t require water after use, so it’s very convenient. I really like the no rinse formula. It can remove eyeshadows, mascaras, foundations, face powders and lipsticks, etc. My face feels so clean after use. It doesn’t contain any harsh chemicals, and it’s safe to use every day.
This micellar water is affordable and comes in a huge bottle so the value is impressive. It can be used to cleanse the skin without water which is very convenient, although not my preferred method. What this product excels at is removing makeup mistakes. I have been using it on all the failed eyeliner wings and it helps me get those flawless sharp lines. Also great for those tired late nights, quickly removed the makeup before bed.
Loved the boost water made my face feel so clean n refreshing. Would definitely repurchase this product. The packaging was really so pretty. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

One of the best micellar waters
This is one of my favorite micellar waters I have tried to date. It leaves my skin feeling clean and refreshed. It's not harsh or drying. It is also not oily or acne causing. I use it with cotton face circles and gently go over my face and neck morning and night. It is also gentle enough on the eye area.

Really enjoyed using this micellar water
I am a HUGE micellar water person (I use it every day without fail to take off my makeup) - so I’m a bit picky when it comes to trying new types. I did love the effectiveness of this micellar water, but it left my eyes feeling a little bit glazed over after using - like there was some residual micellar water on my eyes. Other than that, I thought this did a fantastic job!

So so
The packaging was great, very clean and slick looking, attached my eye. Also it does hydrate the skin yes but why I didn’t like it was if you get any of it close to or on your lips it is so strong you can taste it and it tastes terrible! Not that your even trying to get it in your moat all but obviously if you have lipstick nor lip liner on and your supposed to use a cotton swab to rub it of with the product it will get a tiny bit in your mouth. And it’s so strong the awful tase doesn't go away in a very long time. So would I buy this brand again? No, probably not. But I would buy a product similar but from a different brand.
