so far so good

I wouldn't say that it was moisturizing, but it definitely weeks my skin up early in the morning. I feel like it gets the blood circulating. I like to do this before putting on lipstick.

Wow WOW

I was very hesitant to buy this so to the price but I went ahead and got it I’m so very happy that I did. I’ve been using it now for about 3 week’s and can see a big difference in the size of my lips. Just try it you will love it.

I reach for this often now

I find myself reaching for this more often than my Lanige at night. It's comfortable, smoothing and very hydrating! Alot more cost effective as well!!!

Love this lip plumper

This lip plumper is ideal if you're looking to get a slightly plumper lip effect. It gives a slight tingle but nothing uncomfortable or overwhelming. Leaves your lips noticably plumper and also feels hydrating.

Healthy Lips to KISS

I absolutely love “Neutrogena Lip Plumping Serum Healthy Lips”! During the winter my lips tend to crack, peel, and get dry. I’ve tried several lip products. In none of them had my lips feeling soft, hydrated, and shiny like “Neutrogena Lip Serums”. I put it on my lips before bed and hour before I use lip stick in the morning. I’m so THANKFUL I came across “Neutrogena Lip Plumbing Serum Healthy Lips” in the store, while I was looking for something else. I highly recommend this product for everyone to try on their lips. Especially, if your having issues with unhealthy lips. I had a few of the gentleman in my family use it do to there occupations. Their significant others love kissing their lips now. Did I say that’s the significant others are using it now, lol. I have a list of items I call my Holy Grail in this product is on it.

Good applicator, terrible formula

So the only thing halfway decent about this lip plumper is the applicator. The actual liquid that comes out of the applicator is extremely watered down and didn’t even coat my lips no matter how much you squeeze out of it! The applicator has little metal spheres that do most of the “plumping” which is not that much unfortunately.

Wonderful

This is a wonderful lip plumper. My lips are noticeably more plump. Yes it does put a tingle on your lips as expected. My lips chap easily this unexpectedly made my lips very hydrated.

Real Results

I LOVE this serum from Neutrogena! You have to be consistent with using it every day to see the results. At first when I tried it I was disappointed but then I soon noticed that on days that I did not use it my lips just didn't look as full or plump. So now this is my lips' bestie. It keeps them moisturized and looking nice and full and plump!

good plumper

i use a lot of different lip plumpers and this is one of the best. it really plumps up my lips and i love that it has so many nourishing ingredients that improve my lips over time. it's got a nice silky texture. only drawbacks are that it doesn't last a super long time after application and doesn't come in any colors, so if you want color after application you have to layer.

Lips plumping serum

This product seems interesting so I gave it a try. I thought it a had weird scent but it looks ok! It makes my lips stand out in a certain extent. The price was out of my range for sure thought. Lips pluming serum

Excellent for chapped lips

This lip plumper is fantastic for the price point. I struggle frequently with dry lip issues and always am looking for products that help. This stuff revitalized my chapped lips and gave them new life.

Great product

First of all I absolutely love the Neutrogena brand you can always count on the best quality for the price. This product in particular made my lips tingle and I feel like it also made my lips plump. Therefore I would highly recommend it to anyone.

good stuff

Overall, it is a great product and the applicator is amazing. It feels so soft and just glides on. The price was a little more then what I usually pay for lip treatments but it is worth it, believe me.

LOVE!!! 😘

This is such a good product because it really moisturize your lips without leaving this ugly aftertaste.I have been having really dry lips lately but this lip product has been really helping and now my lips are smooth and soft. I would highly recommend this product.
