very rough
This is so rough it damages your skin. I use it as a last resort when I don't have a cleanser or water to wash off my makeup (when I'm out camping or travelling). I don't have sensitive skin but it is quite dry. This stings after wiping, and doesn't do the best job of removing makeup. Might work better for people with normal skin.

Perfect for travel
I’ve used these wipes off and on for a few years, and I’m a fan. I appreciate the lack of fragrance, as that can be a really commonly irritating ingredient. I also appreciate that they aren’t super liquidy- I want them for convenience when traveling, and having a package that might leak is a no-go. That said, while they take off almost everything with ease, they aren’t quite enough for a stubborn product like a matte liquid lip or a waterproof mascara. To me, this is a fine trade-off as that’s a pretty big ask for a wipe, and it’s other features make up for it.

My favorite face cleaning wipes
These are always perfectly moist. They make my face feel nice and clean. The texture of the wipes make it easy to clean off all that make up. They are so soft! Also they are resealable and actually reseal!

Works great on lipstick
So I often have trouble removing lipstick/ lipstain but these work perfectly. Also they get off mascara that sticks and leaves the racoon eyes. Where most wipes fail for those area these Neutrogena wipes succeed. I can definitely recommend them

As good as makeup wipes go
In general I do not like makeup wipes. They don’t get all of the makeup off easily for me and dry up overtime which feels wasteful. That being said if you’re a makeup wipe person these are good. I used these when I did dance to take my makeup off after shows. I’d do a better removal job when I got home.

Great Facial Cleanser & Make-up Remover

Good for removing makeup
These wipes are just what I need at the end of a long day to help remove my makeup. They are fragrance free which is perfect for my sensitive skin. They also are just the right amount of absorbing solution in them to take the makeup off seamlessly!

Smells nice
The smell is nice and it is a little sudsy. While it did take off the majority, I still needed a little more of my usual eye makeup remover to get off the last of my eyeliner. I am excited to try the hydro boost ones.

Hmmm..
I'm not sure how I feel about these. I enjoy wiping my face throughout the day and seeing the gross and dirty come off. But I don't feel like it cleans enough. I need to also wash my face in addition to this.

These are good
I like having a portable makeup remover wipe and these are certainly user friendly. The wipes are soft and easy to remove from the package. However, I wish that they had a little more "wetness" to the wipe. I feel like I had to put a lot of pressure on my face and especially around my eyes to remove makeup.

No Sting Wipes
These are the only makeup remover wipes that don't sting my eyes at all. They also don't fall apart while using and they remove waterproof mascara. Excellent product!

Ok for basic makeup, not for mascara
I've purchased this a few times when I'm in a pinch for makeup removal, especially at festival camping or work travel. I only need two to generally get my whole face of makeup off. They're convenient for swiping off light makeup, like foundation and eyeshadow, but need a LOT of work if I'm removing waterproof mascara or anything near lash glue. I have to hold the wipe on my lashes to "saturate" them in remover to even remove a light layer of mascara off. Sometimes it's even hard to remove liquid lipsticks. They leave a slightly slick film that needs to be rinsed off. But I still buy because of the convenience and they're usually the only fragrance-free makeup wipe at the drugstore.
