Great cleanser!
This cleanser is a great basic cleanser for everyday. It's gentle on my skin and effective at washing away any leftover makeup or oil on my face. I also like that it's a cream cleanser so it doesn't dry out my face when I use it.

Decent Cleanser
I wouldn’t say that this cleanser is anything over the top. It’s decent & it didn’t irritate my skin. I liked that it didn’t dry out my skin. It felt clean after, but not tight. I think it’s pretty affordable as well.

Deep cleansers
I’ve been using the Neutrogena Deep Clean Facial Cleanser for a while now, and it’s definitely one of my go-to cleansers. What I love the most is that it’s oil-free, so it doesn’t leave my skin feeling greasy or heavy. It also provides a good amount of nourishment while still giving that deep-clean feeling without making my skin feel overly dry.

Great cleanser!

Wanted to love it
I really wanted to like the Neutrogena Deep Cream Cleanser, but unfortunately, it didn’t work for me. The texture is too thick and doesn’t lather well, which makes it feel like it’s just sitting on my skin rather than actually cleansing. After using it for a few days, I also noticed a few breakouts, which makes me think it may not agree with my skin. It might work for others, but personally, I prefer a cleanser that foams up and leaves my skin feeling truly clean.

Deep clean feeling but a little drier

Like!
I really liked the Deep Clean face wash from Neutrogena. I have some acne and sensitive skin, so I'm pretty cautious of skin care products. This one didn't make my acne flare up nor did it cause more break outs, which I love. I thought it was easy to apply, you only needed a small amount to cover your face. I have oily skin and find that it doesn't make my skin feel oilier and it doesn't make my skin feel stripped of its natural oil. At first it does have a sunscreen scent to it, but after washing it off your face, it has more of a baby powder scent. Overall, I really liked it!

Trying to get a hold of customer service
Hello, I was selected for this campaign but I never received this product. I’m having a hard time getting a hold of customer service. I tried contacting someone before and I never heard back. I’m worried about my account getting in trouble. I have received packages before and my mailing address is correct. I’m not sure what happened this time. What should I do?

Great cleanser
I really love this face cleanser! It has a smooth texture that feels so soft on my skin. It rinses off easily without leaving any residue behind, and my face feels clean and moisturized afterward.

Classic is the best!

Love it
This cleanser leaves my skin very smooth and moisturized after wash. The texture is very silky and you just need a small amount and rinse with water. I love how the tube is facing down and the cream can come down easily without having to squeeze hard.

Deep Clean
Tested the Neutrogena Deep Clean Cream Cleanser for two weeks , overall I like that the product makes my skin feel clean without it having to feel dry. A someone with sensitive skin it did not feel harsh at all! Would recommend if you are wanting to give a new product a try

Works well for me.
I’ve been using Neutrogena Deep Clean Cream Cleanser for a while now, and I have to say, I’m pretty impressed. The cream is smooth and feels really gentle on my skin, but it still gets the job done of cleaning off dirt, oil, and makeup. I have normal to dry skin, and it doesn’t leave my face feeling tight or dry afterward, which is a huge plus. It just leaves my skin feeling clean but still hydrated. The scent is very subtle, not overpowering at all, which I appreciate. It’s a pretty solid, no-frills cleanser. Overall, it's a great everyday cleanser if you’re looking for something effective but not too harsh.

Superb cleanser
I absolutely love this Neutrogena cleanser. It works well to remove makeup and leaves my skin feeling fresh and clean, yet still hydrated. It doesn't have an overly powerful accent, and a little amount goes a long way to take off the days makeup and oil and dirt.

Amazing!
This is the best facial cleanser I've ever tried! The smell is pleasant, does not cause any bad emotions. The feeling of application is smooth, and the face does not burn as it does from other brands. After washing, the face feels soft and clean. I recommend it!
