Great for sensitive skin

I got this product specifically because it was a non alcohol toner and also because I have been using Neutrogena products for a long time. My face can get sensitive, red, irritated, and a burning sensation with many other products easily, even ones indicated for "sensitive skin " but this has never left my face irritated not one bit. Don't feel like I have to wash my face with cool water right after I just washed my face like I feel I need to do with other products because it is burning so bad. Feels as plain as water so I really appreciate that :)

Gentle and Refreshing Toner

I love this toner for being gentle and refreshing to my dry skin. It thoroughly removes impurities and makeup without drying out my face. I love that it is alcohol-free. This was the first toner that I gave to my daughter (which lets you know that I trust this product)! I would absolutely recommend this product to anyone.

Top 5 face cleaner

Hello and good morning evening and afternoon this product is my go to use if I’m cleaning my face it doesn’t irate the skin it a quick use to get rid of makeup it easy not to much of a smell that irritates the nose or eyes

Great

Neutrogena Alcohol Free Toner is a great inexpensive toner that doesn’t dry the skin! It really tones and cleans but keeps the skin with just enough moisture!! I love simple products like this!

works great

I just recently started using toner. I have used this one for quite a while. I love it. my face feels fresh and clean. it doesn't dry out my skin. I like how it is alcohol free.

Love it

Love this toner specially cause doesn't have alcohol in it, this keeps my skin feeling very soft and hydrated, the formula is good for the skin and the bottle have a lot, so is nice!

Non-Drying

I love that this toner is alcohol free. I struggle with toner drying out my face and this doesn’t at all. Others can feel very harsh but Neutrogena feels light and refreshing.

Great Toner

This is an all around great toner that is alcohol free. The smell is light and pleasant and it doesn’t dry out skin. I’m not sure how the smell would do if you have allergies but overall this is a great product.

Overall good toner

Totah was very light on the skin, I did not feel any sensitivity, rashes, or burning. The smell was also very light, no chemical smell or fragrant. The toner also worked well with my other skin routine products. There was no stickiness or residue after applying the product. However, I had to be very careful as somewhere we came to my eye when I was applying, which burns up slightly. It was more of a user error, the product itself was good.

Great product

Great toner. Cleanses hydrates and leaves your skin feeling plumped. Its not harsh on the skin since it is alcohol free. Good for sensitive skin.

Pleasant scent but not effective

Neutrogena alcohol free toner was indeed free of alcohol. It did not cause any type of sting or burn with use on my face. This lightly scented toner slightly cleaned my face, but I still had many traces of makeup left. I had to go back several times before the makeup was all gone. I was only using eyeliner, eyeshadow and blush. On separate occasions, I washed my face with soap and water to remove powder blush but the toner did not remove the leftover traces. I would not use this toner again.

Like Water

This toner is very gentle and doesn't dry out my skin. I love that it is fragrance and alcohol free. It's like using water. It did a great job of cleansing my pores without making my skin feel dehydrated.
