Having kids, we get lots of cuts and scrapes and the added lidocaine in this product has helped tremendously with making them feel better before putting a bandaid on. I would 10/10 recommend this product to anyone with kids, especially in the summer time when cuts and scrapes happen often!
This works well for minor cuts and abrasions. But the product is runny for an ointment and will leak all over and can make the bandage not stick well. You only need a very small amount of product at time.
My family has loved this product for our everyday scrapes and scratches. My child is sensitive to pain, and often won't allow us to wash or bandage a wound. However, with this product it's been much easier to care for their "owies"!
I highly recommend this product and think that it should be included in everyone's medicine cabinet. I tend to be a bit accident prone and wind up with cuts or something. I was a bbq and accidently burnt my wrist reaching over. I applied the neosporin with lidocaine. And the pain was lessen. Over the next few days, it healed nicely
Ok

Neosporin
This product is amazing. I first used it because my kid got a cut on her finger and it numbed it so it was great
The combination of these two products just naturally makes sense. The lidocaine is very useful in situations where the wound that you're looking to cover with Neosporin is currently in pain. Otherwise the original version works well if you are just simply looking to cover something up that isn't in pain. This is a nice thing to have on hand and keep in stock
I recently had the chance to test the new Neosporin with lidocaine out when I cut my doing some yardwork. The cut was throbbing with pain, but after putting the Neosporin on it (and band-aid), the pain went away within 5h10 minutes and I was able to finish the yardwork without being affected by the cut.

Easy to use!
Neosporin Lidocaine is a life saver! It is great especially for little cuts! Paper cuts, scraps, splinter relief, we use it when we can! It helps with the sting and I feel better when cleaning up minor wounds. It really helps with the sting if you apply it right away! I definitely recommend!
I really wasn’t sure what to expect from this product. I ended up really enjoying the numb feeling on my cut finger because it was really hurting me and it helped tremendously. The only thing is I have little kids and I would feel funny using this on them unless I was assured it was entirely safe for small children. I enjoy the product bjt need something in the house that is safe and versatile for the whole family. Overall, definitely recommend!
I love the fact that they added lidocaine to this product. My job is very physical and 90% of the time I tend to get cut or bruised so I tried the product loved it will be buying this product in near future.
The consistency of this neosporin is the same as the stuff I've used before but I noticed that it does lose its creamy texture faster than the regular original ointment but it works great for mosquito bites and any Kind of eczema Inflammation. Within minutes it helps subdue the urge to itch any area that your trying to avoid.
