Lovely
Absolutely love the product! Made ice cream for my grandkids ans of course the adults. Everyone loved it! The ice cream recipe I used from the book that comes with it, tasted like old fashion ice cream. Highly recommend this product!

Definetly follow the instructions
I will say this is a great little machine if you plan ahead. The process is long but it is worth it and also takes a long time to get the right ice cream consistency. Clean up is not as easy as we would like and we don't bother with the dispensers as they are too small to really hold anything like M&Ms. However, the unit works great, especially for the cost of $179 on Amazon. When you add the ingredients the stirring mechanism needs to be running as the liquid starts freezing almost immediately, otherwise it was a good experience. Using a rubber spatula to remove the left over ice cream from the mixing bowl is a must. Besides from that, this is a 4/5 product.

Fun product
I purchased this product thinking it would be fun for the kids to have this summer. In fact it is but it is also alot of work and takes up quite a bit of space. I have 3 kids so We put in 3 different types of toppings and got the ice cream cones too. The kids loved that they could make their own. So that was perfect. Making the ice cream isn’t hard but with kids it gets messy. I don’t mind the mess. Cleaning it is what I wasn’t impressed with. Lots of parts to clean. I would of been easier to buy a tub of ice cream and have kids make their own bowls of ice cream. But with tis kitchen gadget they have fun so it is a win win item.

Present for Mom
We got this as a present for my mom and she wasn’t very pleased with it. She loves soft serve but this was too much work for a woman in her 60s. She also didn’t care for the taste. I suppose it’s easier for an occasional treat.

A Creamy Dream, Almost Perfect!
It's the perfect gadget to have around when you're in the mood for a quick and tasty treat. The machine is easy to use and I was pleasantly surprised at how smooth and creamy the ice cream turned out to be. It's been a hit with my family, especially on hot summer days. However, I'm giving it 4 stars because of the noise level. It is a bit louder than I anticipated, which can be slightly off-putting when I'm in the middle of a conversation or trying to maintain a quiet environment. Despite this, the delicious ice cream it produces and its overall user-friendly nature makes this a great purchase

My son loves it
I had this product about 2 years ago when I was still serving in the Army. My son loved it soo much. It makes ice cream fast and easy and I had to sell it when I was moving back to New York. I would definitely recommend.
