Grain fibers, starches (sugar) soy are all not actually keto. I get companies want to claim everything is keto and fad dieters or those who just have no clue say keto is just carb counts but keto is actually a medical diet that is BOTH low insulinogenic foods and anti-inflammatory. Even those just dieting end up failing when consuming non-keto ingredients as they end up stalling, gain from the inflammation (water weight) and continue to crave actual sugar because they pretend that just small amounts is okay (you don't give alcoholics shots because its small amounts).
