I loved this when I was vegan. Made great eggs without all the work of tofu or tempeh and the special salt or whatever people use. It cooked exactly like an egg. Tasted sulfery like an egg too. It is spendy but you are paying for convenience.

Really great egg alternative!!
My vegan best friend had me try this and I was shocked. I don't know how something could replicate egg texture this well and not be egg haha. My husband didn't even notice and it's really a great egg sub for just about anything!

eggcellent
i use these for my vegan bacon egg and cheese as well as for baking! great fluffy textures and is a lot healthier. great substitute that is easy to cook!
As a plant-based alternative to eggs, this was satisfying, though not exactly like eggs. The texture was similar, and they did well to create a product that could replace eggs in some cases.
I had high hopes for the just egg but the flavor just wasn’t there. It’s also very hard on the stomach. I will stick to my tofu scramble. This had a weird aftertaste I can’t get used to.
Regular eggs can cause me to break out or give me stomach issues so my boyfriend bought me these to try. They do cook quite similarly to a regular egg (we scrambled them) but.. the taste is slightly different.
They aren't bad by any means and I'm actually quite fond of them. However, I've been eating much healthier and a bit more vegan so my taste buds have adapted some I think. My boyfriend was impressed with how similar they were to a regular egg but could definitely tell a difference in texture and taste.
Overall, I'd say give them a try at least once as it is a GREAT alternative! (:

Not my Thing
I wanted to try an alternative to normals eggs because they normally make me feel incredibly sick so I tried these since they are made with plants and I honestly did not enjoy the flavor, smell, or the price.
I've tried several other types of fake eggs but this is by far the best I've found for baking. It's easy to measure with no mixing or wait time. It's convenient to use and the consistency is perfect.
This product is pretty rare and great to come by..it’s really interesting how they can make this happen. Plant based eggs. It’s also great how it’s so good too! I love just egg and enjoy every bite. I love that it’s free of animals too. I definitely recommend for everyone

Impressed
I have been trying to eat more plant based items and eggs are a staple in my life. I was impressed by this product, was a little nervous about how it would taste but totally tasted like eggs. I scrambled it and make a great breakfast.

Vegen Substitute
I made these for my vegan husband's breakfast in bed. And might I say he was impressed, it cooks just like regular eggs, I doctored it up with salt, chopped peppers, and onions and it was surprisingly good. I am a regular egg eater, and I don't mind replacing them with this. Plus it's easier to pour out the bottle then cracking eggs!
I had some difficulties figuring out how to get it cooked initially but soon after it started turning out it was great. I will say the taste is just just okay by itself but when paired with some seasoning such as simply black pepper and salt along with cheese it tastes amazing! I love how quick and easy it was to make.
