Great quality
It's an awesome pair of yoga pants. They were so comfortable and certainly ones that I want to get more and more pairs of. Lots of looks I received from males and females. It comes as a short, which makes your fitness journey more flexible.

These shorts are great for packing. They can be used for exercise and leisure wear. They are comfortable b it also provide good compression to hide imperfections. I love to wear them with an oversized t shirt.

I love wearing these under my normal workout shorts to help with chafing! And sometimes just wear them as shorts because they are so comfortable!

Instantly shape and contour
I've seen these shaping leggings all over the internet, and I finally understand the hype. They really, truly work! I'm a mom in my mid-30s, I exercise regularly, and while I don't have a flat bottom, it's obvious I don't do all the "booty workout" exercises. I put these shorts on, and couldn't believe the change. These instantly provide lifting and shaping and make my butt look incredible! There's something magical in the way that they're cut. I appreciate that they are shorts rather than leggings, because in the summer I prefer shorts for the heat. They do fit snugly, but it's because they are contouring and lifting. The high waist is also very smoothing and flattering.

Exercise shorts
I have the tick tok leggings and I love how toned and fit my legs and booty look in them. So I jumped on the opportunity to tryout the shorts too. These are different than thr leggings tho. These have a much higher waist which it tighter and thicker band thsn mine. The thick band is nice and keep rummy flat looking and the band stays in place. I don't think I like the shorts as much as the leggings but they do what they'll say they'll do. And they are pretty darn sexy
