happy results with Heritage flat iron.
Easy to use flat iron. Once I plugged it, it warmed up pretty quickly. I air dried my hair before using it so it'' be much to pass it on my hair. The plates are smooth and my hair did not get caught in it, how it has in the past with other flat irons.

Decent Flat Iron!
The flat iron was pretty easy to use after reading the instructions. It heated up relatively quickly and the three settings were simple. Overall it’s a good product and I have no complaints!

Lookin’ Good
Overall liked the straightener. First impression was great! I love the matte grey color in contrast with the rose gold plates. The end cover accessory is a great addition. The digital display was clear and simple to use. I like the ability to adjust the temperature to different heat settings. The straightener got the job done on my hair. I gave 4/5 stars because I have used flat irons in the past that I feel worked more quickly than this straightener. This did not take a long time by any means. Was just the comparison I made.

Thick hair fail/ straightened hair win
I would have to say that this product did semi straighten my hair however that was after using several other products to assist it. I appreciate that Hairtage being all inclusive for everyone to use however though I struggled with my African-American hair to be able to effectively use this product. I believe once my hair is straighter through my hairdresser this product would be amazing. I really appreciate how it did not burn my hands at all once I was touching the actual barrel shaft. That is a major win in my book and will continue to have me use this product on my hair.

Awesome straightener
Upon opening my hairitage straightener I was immediately impressed with the packaging, I love the rose gold color on the box. Secondly I love that the straightener has a sleek matte finish, it is super sophisticated and the iron size is big enough she straighten thicker pieces of hair which I loved. I also thought it was super cool that it came with a cover, I have never seen that with any other brand!! I like that the on and off button is on the inside part of the straightener and the fact that you know the straightener is heated once the temperature numbers stop flashing. What I was most impressed about was the fact that it didn’t pull my hair at all, it was super smooth sailing and it didn’t take long at all. Overall I am super happy with the straightener and will be buying one for my best friend who desperately needs a new one solely for the fact that her straightener pulls your hair and it’s super uncomfortable! I am very satisfied with this product!!!

I love this flat iron
My first impression of this flat iron is that it looks very sleek and professional. It has a very simple design and I love the material it is made out of for easy grip while using. After trying it out, I love this flat iron! It gives me a salon looking finish and it’s so easy to use. The swivel cable is perfect for when I want to style my hair with beachy waves and the ceramic plates give my hair a nice sleek finish leaving my hair looking healthy. The other thing I like about this flat iron is that the tip and outside of the iron don’t get too hot so I never feel like I’m going to burn myself, even while getting right close up to my head or ears. It also glides through my hair smoothly without pulling at all and that’s very important to me because I do have curly hair. All in all I really like this product and would recommend it.

Excellent for fine, thin hair
I loved the piece that fit over the end of the straightener, that keeps it closed, and protects from burns. I have fine, thin hair that often gets ripped out using straighteners. This flat iron does not pull! I can't speak for damage control as I've only used this for a few day, but it doesn't seem to fry my ends. It smooths my hair and works very well, very quickly to straighten (or curl) my hair.

It only worked for a little while
I really liked this straightener when I first got it. It glided over my hair and made it easy to straighten. The only thing is it didn’t last long. It stopped working only a couple months after I got it.

Flat to the bone
I have a pair of these that I brought on a budget. They are so handy and convenient. Flattens even the coarse hair that I need flat in a jiffy.

Great flatiron
This flatiron wasn't expensive but works like it is. My hair is smooth after use and doesn't feel heat damaged.
