Works for kids who don’t sweat
So there are a few things, that I liked about this product. It wasn’t too sticky, there wasn’t a scent and there wasn’t any residue left over which I liked. It gave my son’s hair a natural hold. The caveat is that my son is a sweater, so it didn’t hold after a long day of daycare or when we went to birthday parties and he was running around. The other was that it took my son some time to get used to the bottle because he didn’t like the concept of the monster. He thought I was putting hair monsters in his hair (unsure why). Other than that I liked the product, it only had a mild hold for my son with straight hair.

smells good
We really like the Fresh Monster products. My daughter gets a kick out of the theme. The styling gel worked well to control the frizz without the hair getting too stiff like some stying gels.

Styling for kiddo
Love the gel. Very to set hair for my kid. Look neat and also clean ingredients. Safe for less and fresh fragrance makes it appealing. It's a good addition. Packaging is really attractive.

Light hold
I used this gel in my daughter’s damp hair and braided it at night. In the morning, we expected loose waves as is typical with her hair when braided wet. Unfortunately this gel didn’t hold the waves at all and the hair fell straight immediately after taking out the braid. It does not have a strong scent or feel sticky, but also does not provide much, if any, hold.

Good hold
This hair gel worked as expected. It held my daughter's hair up just how I wanted and was easy to brush out after she took her hair down but we weren't ready for a bath. All product washed out easy in the bath.

Good product
The packaging is a good size for the price. I like that it has a fun character so that when the product is used, my children like it. I like that it has no smell and that it has clean ingredients. I like that it doesn't leave white residue. Yes, I highly recommend it. I definitely recommend it. stays in my hair products

Light hold!
My sons, aged 10 and 3, love using this gel! I experimented with applying it to both dry and damp hair and found that it held a little better with damp hair. It does help to sleek down their hair, but it doesn't do much in terms of styling. My 10-year-old has thicker hair, and we tried a few different styles, but it wouldn't hold; however, it did keep his flyaways in place! It feels a little rough in their hair, yet soft—not hard or crunchy. It didn't leave their hair feeling sticky, but my hands felt sticky after applying it. It's a clear gel that is easy to manage. As a mom, I love that it has clean ingredients! There also wasn't a scent, and it didn't irritate them at all! So, as long as you're not needing to style it, this gel would be perfect!

Good gel for children
This is a good gel for kids. It's no too stiff. Stayed decently throughout the day without flaking. My son has a tendency to constantly play with his hair so it's hard to find a good gel that will hold his hair throughout the day. If it's too stuff it flakes, if it's too light, it does nothing. Have been happy with the product

This stuff really works, it’s in cute packaging, it doesn’t have an over bearing smell. I’ve used it to hold baby hairs down in my girls and I used it to do a cute mohawk on my nephew!

Great non-sticky flexible hold gel...
This styling gel is perfect for kids as it isn't sticky & has a flexible hold that still lasts all day. My daughter and I love the light scent & how it perfectly defines her curls while smoothing down the frizz even in humidity! I will be purchasing this again & would highly recommend!

Perfect for my toddler!
I am so grateful for the opportunity to try out Fresh Monster’s styling gel! My daughter is two years old and spent the entire first year of her life as bald as they can get. As a result, giving her cute hairstyles is a new learning experience for the both of us. Before using the styling gel her flyaway hairs were absolutely out of control and I wasn’t sure how to fix it. I was hesitant to use most hair products on her because I wanted to avoid any harsh chemicals. That’s where Fresh Monster saved the day! Their products are perfectly formulated to be gentle and safe for use on kids and I feel confident using this gel knowing such care was put into it. The product itself was easy to apply and dried quickly. As long as I’m not heavy handed with it the look is very natural yet lasted all day long. While I am not a hairstyling pro just yet, I definitely feel more confident with Fresh Monster on my side!
