Resourceful
I used this light the entire week at work and it is very useful, has ample battery life, and attaches to any type of desk or shelf. Instructions are simple anvery easy to use and I am very happy to have this. It was used in a warehouse to provide extra lighting to a laptop

Perfect for my desk
My home office main light is not as bright as I like or need when I am working so I was looking for something that would not take up too much desk space but be good on light. This multiple purpose light clip from energizer is exactly what I needed. Clips right onto my desk shelf, attached to an adjustable arm and has two modes of lighting. Plugs right into my computers charging station, charge lasts about 2 to 3 hrs, so I usually leave this plugged in. Easy to setup and two buttons to control lighting and gives off great light.

Its pretty good
Its easy to use and set in place. The light it gives off makes it easier to work. Since the battery is rechargeable, I can use it almost anywhere without a outlet for certain amount of time. One thing I don't like is that the battery is not replaceable. This means once the battery stops holding a charge its a paper weight which I find wasteful.

Great portable light despite problems
I really like this light and have needed one like this for travel. It has both a large clip to attach it to various places and is heavy enough to stand on its own. It has a rechargeable battery that lets you use it even if an electrical outlet is not nearby. The neck bends to point the light exactly where you need to see. The problem is with the buttons. One button is supposed to turn it on and off and the other both change between white and yellow light and dim the light. However, the buttons actually just do whatever they feel like. Sometimes the power button dims, sometimes it cycles back and forth between white and yellow light. Sometimes the other button turns it off and sometimes I just press buttons randomly until it turns off. Neither button does what the packaging or sales listing says it should do. They need to work on the chip that controls the light so that it does what it says it does. Overall, it is a bright portable light better than a headlamp or flashlight.

Nice Light!

Handy Clip on Light
The Energizer Clip on Light comes in real handy. I use in whenever I go outside on the porch to read and relax. The light beam is bright enough to read by. And the clip makes it convenient to mount on just about anything. I definitely recommend this product.

Larger than expected
To be honest, I thought the clip part was going to be a lot smaller, but its actually quite large like the size of my hand. Its not bad clipped to my laptop, but I think I like it best when its just freestanding on my desk. The warm and cool light settings are neat. Buttons are very intuitive and easy to use to switch and turn off. Charging is easy, but you have to have a separate charger block for the cord. I've been having a lot of power outages in my area, so this will be really nice to have for those moments.

A light to read by
I have been looking for a light to read by in bed and this light is absolutely perfect! I clipped this light to my bed and can read without bothering my husband at night. Fantastic!!

Great clip, decent lighting, longevity questionable
The energizer clip on light is a pretty neat concept. With LED lights emerging, this was pretty handy. The clip is rather sturdy and well constructed clip with a flexible gooseneck body with a LED head. There are two buttons on the top with no discernable different (at least not per the limited instructions). I like that the lamp is two toned where you can switch between a very white LED build and a more softer LED light. Pressing the buttons will either adjust the intensity high vs low or switch bulb or turn off. It is powered by a battery in the clip with a micro-usb port (cable included, no charger). It charged in about 2 hours straight out of the box for a full charge. It lasted about 4-6 hours on constant use, which is good but below expectations. After about two hours the lamp does get a bit warm but perfectly fine to touch. My favorite part is the quality of the clip. It is rigid and sturdy but not enough to rip into whatever it is clamping to. It feels well made.

Happily Surprised
I have to say I am Genuinely surprised by this light and how excellent it works! It works so much better than expected! The light is really bright on both of the setting which is a Bright and dim setting. Its super convenient becuse you can clip it onto anything and it stays so you dont have to worry bout it falling. Another convenient thing is it charges with a USB cord and the light lasts for at least 6-8 hours without needing a charge. Excellent quality at a very good value. Definitely recommend! You can use it fpr all of anything!

Another great light
I think this is the third or fourth Energizer light I have tested. It has two lights, a warm white and cool white that can be individually switched on or both together. It has an extra large clamp and the goose neck is very flexible and maintains its position well. I used this to take some pictures and it provided the right level of light for what I needed. I should get another.

Great Portable Clip on Light
This has a really great clip that we used to attach the light to my son's bed. With the super bendy neck, we could point the light away from his face but where we needed to be able to see. Only has two brightnesses, and they aren't that different, but that is something I can easily live with!
