Needed something following prostate surgery. These did a great job. They fit a little tight, but I assume that is by design, given their purpose.

Not the same
I've tried many depends products these work for light leaks that's about it but for medium or heavy overnight issues I miss depends protection with tabs the one with 6 tapes that product never leaked. While these if I had an issue and slept threw it well.. I'd have to wash the sheeta to say none the leas
Shields and special underwear is not just for women. As we age. Face it body parts don't act like they use too. Depends assists these issues to some up the moisture and keep you dry.
Has leaked everyone I've used it. Currently have an upload package in my closet. I thought it would an improvement over FitFlex, but they were better than night defense. Depends needs to add standing leg guards if they really want to make an attempt at an overnight pull on. No way can these handle day time issues, much less overnight issues for an active make in his 30s.

You know your loved one is protected
I am a 33 year old female. Bringing a pack of male Depends up to the register can be extremely embarrassing. However, my father was going through 5 weeks of radiation treatment Monday through Friday. A significant side effect of radiation to a man’s prostate is unfortunately diarrhea. These helped make my father feel SO much more comfortable with what was happening to him. Once I knew that he was comfortable, I was proudly bringing these up to the register and purchasing them for him. I learned if he’s not embarrassed, than there is no reason I should be. Always remember, safety first! Oh, and never trust a fart!!

Not a great defense
This is a good daytime pullup but needs to be more absorbent for a nighttime product. It also could use some stand-up guards to help stop leaks from happening. It barely held one wetting which is why I recommend it for daytime.

WORKS GOOD WHILE YOU UP
Depends need to make an at night protection brief that has sides........so when you lay on your side and have an accident its not going stay in front or the back where there is protection.
They are good and they pretty much do work. I use them on my son who occasionally wets the bed, because pull ups don’t come in his size and sometimes xl Overnights are either out of stock or certain stores don’t sell them.
The one main thing I would complain about or tell you about so you can improve them is, make the front and middle section (private area, or where men leak or urinate) thicker, more absorbent. I have to put 2 at a time on him.

Dry at night
depend Night Defense kept me dry all through the night. Feels great to wake up dry.
This product came in really handy when a family member had an emergency need for it. It prevented any leakage from getting on undergarments, clothes, and bedding. It made them feel more comfortable. They aren't visible in jeans but cannot be worn with sweatpants (if you're concerned about someone noticing strange undergarments though the fabric.) All in all it was a life saver for us until he got better.

tired to sleep all night
they couldnt hold up to my weight and constant movement through out the night
We used these for a dear family member who recently passed. They were comfortable, worked well and didn't have that uncomfortable plastic feel or bulkiness. I would strongly recommend these to anyone who needed an adult pull up, who still wanted to feel like an adult.
