Great protection
I really like that this Depend® Night Defense* Underwear for Women have really nice comfortable snug fit. I like the way that they makes you feel protected but not uncomfortable. I also like that they fit great and don't show under you clothes. I would recommend them since they are comfortable but give you great protection overnight

Great and comfortable
These are great for bladder control issues. I used these after giving birth too because they are way more comfortable than the mesh underwear the hospital gives you.

Not good for Night Defense for me.
The concept is great! The execution, not so much. Depend Night Defense felt like I was wearing an adult diaper without the security of elastic to hold in any drips around the thighs and shanks. Although the blue strip is designed to absorb leakage, which it did, it does not absorb odor so, in the morning, it felt like I wore an old-fashioned toddler pull-up w/o the elastic. The fit was also bulky between the thighs. I had to maneuver the crotch to the form of my body to achieve and maximize coverage. It wasn't like a panty, though it's not a panty that fits into place when you put it on. That's not good. Also, does it have to be so high-waisted?

Very absorbent!
I really liked the fit of Depends Night Defense briefs. Very comfortable with a fit that stays where it belongs....it doesn't shift with movement during the night. Has great absorption with the extra blue shield in it, I didn't have to worry about damp sheets or pajamas. But that blue shield caused me a bit of an irritation, which is why I couldn't give this 5 stars. I'd still use these, especially on trips so I don't have any worries about accidents!

Overnight Protection
I felt like they were a little stiff and not as comfortable as others I have tried. I don't understand why they are made so wide in the crotch. However, it did work but if you have a bladder leakage in the bed a significant amount then it will go up the back of the Night Defense Underwear for Women and still het your sheets wet a little. Overall I would say they worked for the most part.
